Looks solid. The Blasters will definitely kick start your stretching intensity and should break your plateau. It is trial and error.

Are there any other stretching exercises that would upp the "Intensity" and have more chance of breaking my plateau? Also would also adding an ADS be a good idea, or would it be classed as overtraining? Or should i not worry about that?

8" here i come, im going to take measurements, stats and pics 2nite, then start Monday. Then measure again end of March. Give it a good month for gains! That sound ok, or measure more often?
