Hi DLD,

I have been trying to get in touch with you over past weeks, but im guessing your message box is full and its been lost along the way, & i cant seem to catch you on AIM either, time difference between US and UK i think.

hi ok,

No probs, i gathered my message box is on the blink! ha. Basically, since the newbie routine i have done lots of things with no results such as hang, stretch and jelq, so from advice from other members i went on a 2 months decon break. Now i am back off the decon and want to start gaining again! My goal is 8" i want length. i am currently 7" lost a tiny bit on decon.

The last PM i recieved from you was the following: -

"When you start back I would like to split your routine between a few weeks or even months. I think concentrating on length, exclusively will help your gains but above all your confidence. BASIC STRETCHING, twice a day...THATS IT. Also I would like you to take a FSBP measurement and write it down. After a few weeks we can return to that measurement and see where we are but with anyone I worked with, it increased."

I am just wondering what you had in mind with regards to a routine to get me gaining again. I have an ADS if that helps with any ideas.

If you need more info let me know, hope you can help mate

I think he meant just do the basic stretches as outlined in the newbie routine: once in the morning and again in the evening. Wearing an ADS between the two sessions would be helpful.
 
I think you should include DLD blasters in your length routine. Going only for length for a period and then switch to girth is a interesting routine that I believe in. This theory has many "penis condition/decondition related facts" that really support the "routineswifting".
By the way bulc9, how is your extender use for the moment? Hope my padding pics gave you some inspiration to include it in your lenth routine.

I know theres that many exercises for length, i just dont want to over do it again! I just want to gain steady.

Is that what you ment DLD? Stretch twice a day? is it a week on week off, day on day off etc?

What about what goldmember said with the ADS. I was thinking about this with the results Fedora got.

I have not had chance to add any of them on my extender yet, coz i was on decon, some great ideas and if i use ADS they will certainly get added to it!
 
Just looking for a set routine, kind of setup like newbie routine like, do so many sets of these for 30 secs each, and then do these 4 sets etc.

Days off etc?

As I recall, your wishes were for more length. The 2 times a day stretching was the newbie routine (length portion). Using a VIMAX or the like at times when you are not stretching is wise. If you have tried this and your gains did not happen then I think you need a more intense program. You could either step up the intensity of the basic stretching or switch over to a completely revised length routine. The choices of advanced stretching routines is at it's pinnacle. DLD Blasters, Sock Stretches, Power Assist Stretches, Expressive Stretching, etc. Gains should and can happen for everyone. If they are not coming then a change in intensity, time or routine is necessary.
 
Yes my aim in length only till i get to 8", i am at 7" now.

I did something similar to that, where i did AM stretche, PM hang then jelq. I do not know what is overtraining and upping the intensity! I see people saying take it easy then other members having lots of workouts per day!

As i am at Uni in final year i want something around an hour a day, so should i start off with AM stretch then ADS then PM stretch again?

Or upp the intensity? What exercises would be most benificial, with taking a decon break, coming back into Penis Enlargement after two months off, would doing intense exercises cause injury?

What do you think i should do from ur experience, as i dont want to mess it up and be back at square one again!

Would i need to add in Jelqing for overall penis health and for erections?

Stretch and ADS then stretch again (newbie stretches) or;
More intense stretches?

Here´s my tips, I thought I give them to you since I know you are thinking of restarting again with your extender.
I hour/day to do manual pe is a good situation, the extender as an ads could be used in public spaces like university etc. First use it at home, later bring it with you wherever you go.
Jelquing for overall penis health works good for me.
I usually start with dld blasters in the morning and then put on my extender, and remember to work your way up to extender stretching over (1/8"-1/2") bpel.
But your main focus should be on the manual excercises, that´s where the most length gains come from.

That´s my 2 cent!

I just dont want to rush into it again and mess up, i want to do it correct to achieve the best gains! I did it my way and fucked up! So i just wana know from other members and experienced ones!

Im still unsure of whatever routine i do or DLD might help us with would be overtraining and upping intensity! I am a bit unsure whether to hold out a bit longer and wait for help or just go in to it!

I have been jelqing last 4 nights 300, and it feels and hangs well. Looks bigger! I am in my final year at Uni and i cant afford to spend hours on Penis Enlargement, 1 hour a day would be perfect. I will look into your ADS setup over the next week to see if i can get it like yours, if mine stays on that will be a big plus!

Thanks for the help and advice,if i dont hear anything i think i will just do a manual stretching routine see how it goes, if i dont gain Fuck it. But im sure i will and from the jelqing i am confident!

This is my PLATEAU BREAKING WORKOUT. Anytime I felt as though I needed a plateau breaker I would use this routine for about 2-3 weeks. At the end of the 2-3 weeks I would advance to the next Phase of the program. At the time there were no phases but if I had to describe it today, the Phases make the most sense to describe my workouts. It is a grueling program but it does break the cycle.

Extreme Jump Start Program

Many people have been asking what program I do when I get into a slump for gains. I have used this program the entire time I have Penis Enlargement'ed when I have gotten in a slump. It is very extensive and time consuming but it works for me. I would not suggest this for anyone who have not been pe'ing for a while. I am not saying it is dangerous, but seasoned Pe'ers in a slump should be the ones to try. For those who are currently doing this program, I have modified it a bit to include my newest exercises and some other DLD essentials .

7:00 am
morning stretch DLD Blasters (on the 50 5 sec/5sec sets do these in a standing position on the keggle, on the reverse slowly squat down)

9:00: 5 minute set of expressive stretching, if you do not have a Power Assist do Plyometric Blasters.

10:00 am
My first jelq session is 700 hard jelqs with 2 sets of DLD Bends every 100. The bends should be done in a upwards curve for 30 seconds then a downword curve for 30 seconds. I train at 100% hard for the jelqs and 90% hard for the bends. I do a 30 second horse squeeze in at the end of the bends. Jelqing is the catalyst for the Bends and Horses meaning I use every set of 100 jelqs to get as hard as I can.

Noonish: 100 PC squeezes followed by a 20 sec. hold, followed by 50, 5 second holds with a 2 second release. Followed by a hold till failure


8:00 pm
I do a testicle massage and stretch before my bath in the pm. about 5 minutes. What I do is 3 60 second masage exercises.
1.) massage all around my sack using my thumb and forfinger avoiding the testes.
2.) With one hand grab around the top of my sack using the other hand I rub the balls all over in a nice steady motion.
3.) Grabbing my penis in a firm grip and grabbing my sack in a firm grip I stretch my penis up and my balls down.

Each of these exercise should be done for 1 minute each. This will increase the sensitivity and produce a greater load amount.

My Second jelq session is the same as the first: 700 hard jelqs with 2 sets of DLD Bends (horseshoe) every 100. The bends should be done in a upwards curve for 30 seconds then a downword curve for 30 seconds. I train at 100% hard for the jelqs and 90% hard for the bends. I do a 30 sec. horse squeeze at the end of the bends.

If privacy allows set up fowfer stretches all day making sure to return circulation evry 10 minutes. I do about 4 hours of these daily. If these are not possible than I would suggest an additional DLD blaster set mid-day.

I am pretty sure all of the above exercises are described in this forum. If you cannot find them I will post them in this thread.

Wow! That is an extensive routine! In a nuttshell its stretching and jelq in morning and then again in evening but doing DLD blasters.

I want to break through my brick wall at the moment, but i couldnt fit all that in on my day. When i PM'd you a few weeks ago you said something about stretching twice a day only but didnt mention the breaks or rest days needed if any? Ive quoted it below.

Should i just do the post you mentioned as best as i can? Or did you have something else in mind? Im in my final year at Uni and have soooo much work to do i could do about an hour and 1 and half hours on about 2 days of the week.

Would ADS be benecifical as well? or just an intense routine. What would you suggest the one quoted below or the routine sample posted above? thanks for your help. Paul

A deconditioning will no doubt help you but I think you should take this time to build a solid belief that YOU CAN GAIN!

i did the newbie routine and got great results from that! im just abit unsure where to do from now, the post above has confused me in which direction i should take!

Still not started propally, just jelqing every night until i get a post where i know what i should be doing. I just dont want to make the wrong decision!

Hope you have gotten started with your new pe journey.
If I remember right you went on a 1 month deconbreak, the deconbreak might have worked in a way that you now are in a "newbie state" again, and will recieve new gains again (penis not overtrained). This decondition is probably enough to break your plateu.

I know you will recieve gains, your will, dedication and focus shows that.
Your routine seems good, always remember warmups/warmdowns though.

Since length is your current goal I would recommend you to use your vimax as an ads. Might take awhile to get used to, padding, movement etc. (hope my padding tricks will work great for you if you try them)
After awhile you can have it on during studing etc in your uni and take it on and off at uni toilets etc.
It will help you to stay extended, and is a great complement to the dld blasters (because of pc fatique makes stretching in extender even more effective). It is a good complement to manual pe.
Work slowly your way up to a stretch bpel over erect length in your extender (your longterm extender goal)

Keep on working and you will reach your length goal!

No not got started propally, but think i am going to from Monday, doing what i outlined above. Then when i get all the stuff needed to pad out the extender i will be applying ur tips and tricks in a few weeks time hopefully. Just have to see if i can fit it in coz i got a lot on at Uni at the moment, getting very hetic!

I took a 2month decon break, ha well its getting on 3 months now with the amount of time waiting from this thread, but im going to start, just wasting time when i could be Penis Enlargement'ing. I have been doing Jelqing more or less every night the past week or so and it feels good to be back doing that!

But when i start propally i am going to take proper measurments and new starting pics to see how i progress every month, i just dont want to fuck it up overtraining etc and starting back at step one, thats why i made this thread.

I will certainly be using your extender tips when i get all the stuff needed, its impossible to wear on its own. Ive got your thread in my sig for when i use it lol. Thanks for that, big help mate.
