I started to use SG 3hrs since friday the 14th, I will increase the hours after two weeks to 4-5 hours. and after 4 weeks hopefuly 6hrs+.

So far my routine contains SG 3hrs. After SG I jump in to Bathmate for 10x5 minutes each set, 5min in Bathmate and 1 minute rest in between each set.


My goal is to get pass my 20.5cm in errect lenght. and it would be truly great to gain in girth too, to reach 6inches in middle girth would be very nice.

I think the key in enlarging my penis will be food and how many hours Im working out my penis.


I will soon add more penis exercises to my routine. maybe jelqing, maybe do 6x6 in Bathmate with jelqing in between..

Should I add something to my routine?

Hello NXT, thanks for posting. Your routine looks good for the most part, I would advise you to change the Bathmate usage a bit. Right now you are doing 10 x 5 minute sets with 1 minute rest in between. It would be smarter and more gainful if you went with three 5 minute Bathmate sets with 5 minutes of jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqs in between each Bathmate set. This will bring greater expansion and less water retention. In the times you need to take off SizeGenetics Extender to reattach I would suggest some basic stretching to help along the process, maybe 5 minutes tops. Concentrate on Behind the Cheeks stretching and Rotary Stretching....both will accent the SizeGenetics usage. Other than that I would say it is a great workout.
 
Thats an affirmative sir!, I will skip the 5x10 and add ssq+jelq in Bathmate.

I figured why don't I Penis Enlargement everyday since I don't have a work to go to, this could be my job. Specially dedicated for the ladies.
 
So I tried this excercise with jelq and ssj. After the second pump in Bathmate wow, it feels very worked out, feels good.
I have a Question about SSJ, should I just hold the base of my penis and push down my shaft with my free hand (while errect) during the whole 5min set?

I like to push the lower hand, gripping at the base, up, against the pressure of the top hand. I use a rotary type movement while squash hands together. My goal is to create as much expansion as I can, between the two hands. This is why I suggest gripping as deep into the base as you can this way as you squash upward, you will be at the lowest point of the shaft while still able to get lateral pressure. The upper hand, at the OK grip, is squashing downward, again gripping as high up the shaft as possible so when you squash downward, against the lower hand you will be getting as much shaft in as possible. The palm on the upper hand also works to create lateral pressure through it's downward squash. I also will do small rotary type movements with the upper hand, matching that of the lower. My goal here is to crate the most pressure I can, between the hands and move that pressure together with small, intense rotary movements.

Understanding this you can see how using the Slow Squash Jelq as a counter exercise to the Bathmate, Hydromax X40 or Penomet will erase any fluid retention and increase the tunica expansion greatly. The amount of blood being forced into the Corpus Cavernosum is far greater that it is accustomed to, and this is what the goal is when looking to gain girth.

The sets, set up as five minutes in the tube and 5 minutes spent doing Slow Squash Jelqs, repeated 3 times (some go more) is really the perfect method of gaining girth. The times were created through deep user feedback and self experimentation. Like Peanut Butter and Jelly, Slow Squash Jelqs and the Penomet or the Bathmate are a match made in Heaven!
 
It's mostly the curvation I want to change. I have never liked it so that's why I try Penis Enlargement.
 
I think this exercise is very powerful. How long time should I press down with my palm, and should I just go with one direction?

Go not so much by time, more by feel and look. The idea is to get as much expansion between the two hands as possible while moving that expansion about by palm pressing and hand movements. I usually get a 2-3 minute squash in, rest and go again before jumping back in the tube.

great job!

read dlds SRT masterpiece routine. the stretch routine before SG sessions, and some of it between resets, is as important or more, than the possibility to gain length just from SG.

since you arent really trying to gain size, a good warmup. if you work out a way to get into SG while expanded, perhaps with vlc, the Bathmate can be a good warmup. get your tissues all loose and warm in there, then into SG to straighten that unit out.

I personally love the VLC. My personal experience with all other comfort systems was either slipping or a cold, numb, purple tip. With the VLC I have not had any of those.
 
You just attach it on your glans and go?,you use any lotion on the cone?

yes, i just attach and go. Wearing it right now... went to the store... I dont have to worry about getting it off because of circulation, just in case Im not in a place where I can take it off. I personally dont use any lotion, but I read that some people do. I have felt a little pinch on the rolled up skin every once in awhile... but it's definitely not bad

Have you checked out the VLCX? It is their newest device, very simple but extremely effective.
 
DLD what is the difference between the VLC and VLC-X? I was trying to figure it out but all I see is a rod coming from the tip of it
