What you think of my routine?

Hello all MOS masters! :)

Just became a member of this forum after reading up on it for a month or two.

I have some experience with PE back like 10 years ago. Minimal experience with manual work but I still have the same "Male Edge" extender (somewhat broken but I can use it for a decent elongation).

Back then I definitely used it with too much force and and got 0 to minimal results (got discoloration going though that made my dick permanently darker LOL but didn't bother me too much). I think the failure to gain came from unrealistic expectations with lack of deeper understanding of how it all works + measuring every week that made me lose motivation due to not seeing any results..) So after that I pretty much gave the extender up for frustration and fear of hurting myself.

I also have the Bathmate Xtreme that I bought like 7 years ago but I think I never used it for a long enough time to segment any gains.. (I was somewhat consistent for a year or so though but think I never got any permanent gains).

So today I'm 32 years old (I'm white/caucasian) and due to some health problems got me to where I cannot right now work so much and not work out like I used to (always been into fitness). So to keep me sane and have something to work for I recently picked up PE again like 2-3 months ago.

My routine today (after a warmup period of like 6 weeks) is as follows:

Every OTHER day, I warmup in shower with hot water for 5 minutes then do 40 mins of manual stretching in all angles (2-3 mins in each angle at a time) Focus is downward, sides and behind cheeks cuz I'm feeling the stretch there so much better, outward and upward stretch I twist the dick 360 degrees to get a better grip and stretch. Also trying to "unflex" the pelvic muscles with the reverse kegel while stretching.

Right after manual stretch I do the slow squash jelq (without oil, like I suppose it should be?) for 5-6 mins and then apply oil and do regular jelqing for 20 mins and right after that I try to get as much of a boner as I can in the bathmate for 12 mins. Working hard with regular kegels during the BM session for the first 7-8 mins and the last 4-5 mins I do the expressive stretch inside the BM to target the inner penis. Then right after that I put on a pretty tight cock ring for 30-40 mins (can it be to tight?). I usually wait an hour or so after bathmate to get the worst swelling down before I put the extender on (is this a good thing? cuz it feels like I wanna keep the blood for a while after pumping and not pushing it away in the extender?).

Other then this routine I just try to wear the extender at a medium force as much as I can EVERY day. It can be 2 hours a day or 10 hours or anything in between.

Summarizing:
(every other day)
5 min warmup
40 min manual stretch
5 min slow squash jelq
20 min jelq
12 min bathmate (incl. 5 min expressive)
and in between wear the extender as much as possible at home

My mindset now is to have a solid manual work as groundwork and NOT measuring at all, I wanna wait like 6 months. This mindset is inspired by the grandmaster DLD.

Oh almost forgot my stats.. I'm 6,3 inches long and my goal is to be at least 8 inch long and when I reach it I think I just wanna maintain that length and segment it permanently. So I'm willing to put in extra work and time now to reach that ASAP then move on to more maintenance work. Girth is also important of course but I'm pretty decent and I take any gains there as a bonus. I want the extra inches to be able to have sex in more a more variety of positions that require more length to work smoothly so that's my motivation as well as I know that women just love the 8+ inchers!

I'm thinking I should get some device to stretch during nighttime so segment gains and be more productive (like the Stealth Stretcher or SiliStretcher). As well as get something (like sleeves or similar) to use whenever I'm at work or go about my day where wearing an extender is not practical or realistic. Thoughts?

Any feedback regarding the routine, devices I have, or should get or anything else is super appreciated!! :)

You have all You have all the basic positions positions in place but I think you could do some restructuring of your time of your time period have you read the SRT routine yet? I think you would find that to be a much better routine to make the growth you want to make and I make. Why don't you have a read through it and then come back and let me know what you think. As far as extenders go the silistretcher Is the best you can possibly buy. I would like to help you with your routine but I really want you to read the SRT thread 1st so we got a good idea of what we can do. Here are the links

I did restructure my routine (length work in morning and girth at night) and starting to mimic every thing else as well.

Is the SRT routine supposed to be done 7 days a week for 12 weeks straight? Cuz I didn't get that from the article. And if it is, should you take off days for any reason? Like poor EQ or anything else?

I'm ready to order the full equipment and supplement list for the program (-minus the mityvac, because I have the bathmate xtreme)
Just wondering if one could get some special deal on it? (over $500 order) maybe the growth packages with it? (how should I think regarding the growth packages, I would rather get everything I need at the moment in 1 order because of shipping time and fees, also my country charge additional fees just ordering things from US....)

I am so happy you have read and taken to SRT so quickly. You will notice a difference right away and this change will bring growth much faster. Rest days are really determined but erection quality. If you are having weak erections you should add a day off in and go 6 on 1 off. If this persists you can add more days off like every other day. I have always trained 7 days a week with only the occasional time off. 7 days on eventually will lead to incredible eq. As far as discounts go I have no control as I only now work for free in the forum since Jaz died. I know they are running a sale right now. I also know there is an SRT package. I heard there was coupon code but I have not seen myself. Best thing to try is email them at sales@mattersofsize.com and ask. I look forward to working with you....at least I can do that for free. My time is now donated to the forum and helping through email.

It is only Jaz wife that runs the business. She does it while working in a shop full-time so she does take a while at times.

I would go with a size larger so it last through your entire growth desire.
 
@MosMaster, how long have you been doing your Hardcore Dickbuilder Routine? I think if I did your routine I would have petered out after 3 days from fatigue.
Are you referring to the routine in my first post in this thread? I've been at it for 2 months... every other day as I mentioned earlier.

Now I've been switching to length work in morning (40 mins) and girth work at night (40 mins)
and to be honest this seems like a pretty modest routine comparing to a lot of other folks on this forum that seems to go at it 7 days a week for 2+hours a day...
