Quick update:
Been reading up on this forum like a mad man into the early mornings (need to stop so I can get to bed earlier haha).
Now I'm doing 40-50 mins of length work in the mornings (manual stretching in all directions and some __________ stretches).
Then 40 mins of girth work at night (usually 20 mins regular jelqs and then 10 min SSJ's and then 10-15 mins of pumping).
Been trying the 5x5x3 routine as well but the longer I get into the routine the harder it gets for me to get a solid boner for the pumping part.
Maybe this will get better with time. I was a bit nervous to start doing this 7 days a week but after reading what others do and some guidance from DLD it feels good actually. Makes a lot of sense that length work can be done every day and as far as girth just take occasionally off days IF you are experiencing poor EQ.
BTW should I start doing the erect stretches a few times a week? As for now I only do them a few mins in the bathmate.
Apart from this, I'm trying to wear my old extender for as many hours I can get in a day, usually 5-10 hours.
Really pumped for this, no pun intended, now I'm just doing my routine everyday and trying to absorb all good knowledge on PE (please feel free to link the most important threads of your choice to me here).
I think my SRT package will arrive in 1-2 weeks and by then I'm thinking to start a progress log to get better part of the brotherhood!
