i was thinking the same thing. do you rsdt? and have you tryed a break so you ligs can not be used to the weight and you can reshock them. try hanging and lower weigth for a while to solidify the gaines like 3 sets at low weight the in a couple weeks to month just reshock them and see what heppens. you have to keep you body guessing.
 
hey guys-yeah,i tried taking a de-conditioning break for 3 months.also tried all the angles including rsdt fulcrum.i've been hanging for over two years.the first year i hung btc ,so and rsdt starting at 5# and working slowly up to 25#.did 6 sets a day.two sets in each position.gained nothing.very frustrating.then i read dashdeming's story and decided to give hardcore hanging a try.i eventually settled on two heavy sets sets a day ala extreme.i hang straight down and have gone from 6x5 to 7x5.5 in the past year.all from hanging,no girth work.i did not make any gains till i crossed the 30# barrier.guess i'm just a really hard gainer.my problem now is i just can't use more than 40# with the bib.hurts too much and the hanger slides forward too far no matter how tight i crank it.i'm not looking to hang 100# like extreme,though it's amazing that he can do that.i just want a hanger that will let me hang 50 to 60#.a year of slowly working up to that weight should get me to my goal of 8x6.thanks guys.
 
you might want to get a hold of biband he can probably point you in the right direction.

i'm currently hanging 40# with the bib hardcore hanger.my problem is at this weight the threads keep stripping on the bolt,and have to be replaced.i'm looking for a more durable hanger that will also let me move up in weight.a 100# hang is amazing.could you describe your home-made hanger,and maybe take a picture of it?any help would be appreciated-sumner

How long are your sets?
 
when i did multiple sets and used lighter weights,i hung for 20 minute sets.now i hang 40 pounds for 10 minute sets.one am,and one pm.the heavier weights are what finally gave me some gains.

classic you would make a good detective Biggus! that is some funny shit...and no... looking at that setup and knowing what i do about hanging... I would bet him right now $100 he is not picking 100 pounds off the ground -like that especially.

Has this 100 IB barrier ever been broken? For a whole set even? Wonder if the BIBmeister has been down that path.
 
I believe the most Bib ever hung was 45 lbs. That was for 20 minute sets. There are some videos of some Chinese guys pulling buses and lifting very heavy weights with there penises; I believe something like 300 lbs. I would never recommend that someone try something crazy like that. Hanging is not a weightlifting contest, It's about getting a bigger penis.

What is especially comical to me is that his many many followers do not question what they are seeing or do the math on the use of lever technology in assisting lifting heavy objects.

So...I can only guess someone pulling a bus with their penis has some kind of wrapping or lever use involved we are not aware of.

I read about 150 pound hanging in qui gong. They really injure themselves ripping the penis out by the bulb and then it heals. They don't lengthen the shaft at all that way. I can wait for results! They make a spiritual thing out of the ritual but no thanks it just hurts cuz it's an injury. Also they use a noose, so it wouldn't work for anything but a drastic one-time operation like rip the hell out of yourself.

I am at 39 pounds. It starts to feel like it might be doing something. I think Bib said his results started at 43 pounds.
 
I tried a chinese fingerlock method by using woven wire sheathing. It didn't work.
 
I saw this on TV. The guy even had classes. He was some chinese guy where they were lifting 10x more than this weight. He even pulled a plane by his penis. CRAZY!
