hey guys-yeah,i tried taking a de-conditioning break for 3 months.also tried all the angles including rsdt fulcrum.i've been hanging for over two years.the first year i hung btc ,so and rsdt starting at 5# and working slowly up to 25#.did 6 sets a day.two sets in each position.gained nothing.very frustrating.then i read dashdeming's story and decided to give hardcore hanging a try.i eventually settled on two heavy sets sets a day ala extreme.i hang straight down and have gone from 6x5 to 7x5.5 in the past year.all from hanging,no girth work.i did not make any gains till i crossed the 30# barrier.guess i'm just a really hard gainer.my problem now is i just can't use more than 40# with the bib.hurts too much and the hanger slides forward too far no matter how tight i crank it.i'm not looking to hang 100# like extreme,though it's amazing that he can do that.i just want a hanger that will let me hang 50 to 60#.a year of slowly working up to that weight should get me to my goal of 8x6.thanks guys.
