Extender Question?

I just bought the vimax extender. I plan to wear it as often as I can but if you have it should you still jelq? Obvoiusly I will still do kegel's but I don't know if I need to jelq or not when I'll be wearing the extender a couple hours a day.

I wet jelq at the end of the day after I've finished wearing the extender for good. It helps promote circulation and at the least over time a consistent jelqing routine will give you gains in girth and maybe even help you with your length as increased bloodflow should encourage growth or at the least overall penis health.

alright thnx I think I'll wear that all I can during the day then wet jelq for 10 minutes that should do it and just do kegel's through out the day.

i just dropped in on your progress and routine log, but I haven't measured yet as I have only used the extender for going on 10 days so far. It seems like it is working. I'd use a heating pad if you can or something to keep the ligs warm in between sets.

Wear it as often as you can. I log anywhere from 2-8 hours a day plus i use various other things. I can log up to 14-16 hours of Penis Enlargement if some sort in a good day. Check my Sig link for details on my routine. My theory is that the longer you have you penis in some sort of extended state the easier it will grow (not necessarily quicker, since we all gain at our own rates). And I feel manual exercises is the key to gaining. Extender and golf weights are great, but the manual stretching of the ligs and jelqing and what not has no substitute. Look at the master, DLD made all his gains by yankin on his crank.

It's not very noticeable under your clothes, so in that sense yes. But, I tend to waddle like a duck while wearing mine.

I don't think it's very likely to wear for extended times such as 8 hours. It gets uncomfortable for me around the hour range. I take it off for a few minutes and I'm ready to go again.

I wear the extender when I am not in class during my breaks. During class I wear golf weights and sit at the edge of my seat so I can hang off it.

I don't wear it for 8 ours straight i don't know who could ,ouch. I can wear it for and hour remove jelq to get he blood to the head for 5 mins or so and reapply. Oh a good day I wear it 2 hours before school and 4 hours during my breaks between classes then I either wear it while i study at home or hang.

Just find a schedule that you can live with. I guess a person can say I am obsessing over it but all I know is i started at 6.5 in august an I am now currently over 7.5. So I believe my first goal oh 8 inches by Dec or Jan could be possible for me. The way I look at it is I have the time now while I'm in school. I might as well do it now. That way when i graduate I'll have a diploma in one hand and a massive cock from Penis Enlargement in the other.

Sunday 9-6 Monday 1-6, Tuesday 2-6, Wednesday 1-6, Thursday, 2-6, Friday 9-5*atleast*, Saturday All day. This will be my schedule. 45 hours a week.

You might want to tweak that or if not don't get discouraged if you have trouble the first day or two. I don't know what the vimax extender's head noose feels like so it might not be as comfortable as most of us would like. Just a heads up is all. Good luck. I'm interested to see all 3 of our results after 6 months.

Thank you. I have been working very hard for it. I have found ways to utilized any possible "free" time. This forum has been a great inspriation to me. I don't think i would have made the gains if it wasn't for the people and the knowledge on this forum. My weeks are school and Penis Enlargement and thats pretty much it. And on the weekend I see the GF. Oh and by the way she has definitely notices the difference. SHe could at one time deep throat my whole dick. Now she can't. She also mentions is is feeling different internally. She has no idea I am Penis Enlargementing at this point. I do plan on telling her though. I think I'm gonna have to tell her soon cause she is kinda wondering what up. And I'm sure she will really be wondering if I hit 8 and haven't said anything lol .
