Hello all,

Long time, irregular lurker, first time poster. Been thinking about, researching, and occasionally trying newbie routines for around 6 or 7 years.

Some background:

Around 9 months ago I found a lump inside the right side of my corpus cavernosum, got it checked they said Peyronies, tried some treatments, lump remained, left it at that (aside from the lump, which is VERY internal, as in cannot be felt without pressure from both sides, I have no symptoms of Peyronies - no bending aside from my congenital slight upward curve, no pain, no indentation). About two months ago I developed a second lump on the bottom of my left side. This one can be felt whilst flaccid easily, but not while erect, and still no deformation or pain. This, coupled with finding a very hard lymph node, led me to seek another opinion, and was again told it was Peyronies, and told "no treatment."
After my own research and talking with some other doctors, I am exploring the possibility of penile cancer, but also starting some of the more experimental treatments for Peyronies. I figure overall penile health can't hurt either way. For the record I am in my early 20's, not sexually active, and don't really recall any trauma to my unit (bending a full erection never seemed like a good idea to me).

"Equipment" background:

For Peyronies, I am starting on pentoxifylline and traction. Pentoxifylline lowers blood viscosity, helping more blood get to peripheral arteries, which I feel should help with all exercises and recovery (pentoxifylline is the main experimental non-injection chemical treatment for Peyronies). For traction I have the SizeGenetics, as well as the Bib Starter and the Power Assist. Being diagnosed with Peyronies also qualifies me for Viagra/Cialis, but as I currently do not have issues with gaining or maintaining an erection, I'm going to hold off on that. I also own a Bathmate.

Routine IDEAS:

I have, at various times, tried the newbie routines. Jelqing seemed to work great, but I never seemed to be able to get a good healthy stretch with manual stretching. I hang very, very high. I've got a good 2+ inches from where I exit the bottom of my pelvis and where my penis actually comes "out." Now, from here on, these are all simply ideas for my routine I will begin in a couple of weeks. I am looking for any input and criticism I can get. Each week I will do the exercises listed on M, Tu, Th, F, S, while of course doing kegels every day. When I say "go by feel," I mean I'm looking for that loose, full feeling you get after a good workout and really good stretching - not "I totally blasted my pecs today, feels like my skin is gonna bust," feeling.

Week 1:
Warm up (with rice sock or very gentle Bathmate use)
Wet Jelq 100-200 (go by feel)
V-Jelq 50-100 (by feel)
30 second manual stretches if feeling particularly tight
SG Extender 2-4 hours *** unsure if this is within recommended starting range, if not, will go by feel. 75% SD, 25% SU
Repeat Jelq routine
Warm down

Week 2:
Warm up
Wet/V-Jelq routine
*Extremely* light weight hanging with Bib - 1-2 sets, <20 minutes per set, SD and 45 degrees between SO/SD, using targeted IR heat lamp at safe distance
SG Extender 1-3 hours *** recommendations welcome
Jelq routine
Warm down

Week 3:
Warm up
Jelq routine
Light weight hanging with Bib - 2-3 sets, <25 minutes per set, SD, 45 degree SO/SD, SU, IR heat lamp
SG Extender 1-2 hours ***
Jelq routine
Warm down

Week 4:
Start over with this kind of template. Increase reps, time, and weights as comfortable. As I get used to a range of times and weights, possibly add another week between weeks 2/3 making Week 1 "Time," Week 2 "Time/Weight," Week 3 "Weight/Time," Week 4 "Weight."

Once I get up to 600-800 Jelqs, I'd like to add in some more intensive girth exercises as well.

The IR heat I'm using while hanging is based on some science surrounding permanent stretched ligament gains (albeit the study wasn't on the penile suspensory ligaments). Plus I feel the deep heat couldn't really hurt the stretching ability of the ligaments, nor hurt the healing process, as long as I keep it at a comfortable distance/heat.

Again, with hanging, I would be using very, very low weights until I get comfortable with using the BibHanger and knowing my tolerances, then I would start increasing the differential between the weights per week.

All criticism is welcome, even telling me I should just stick with the newbie routine, again =). I am also curious about SG usage - should I even bother decreasing it as I increase hanging? Or just use it as much as I can/as is comfortable, regardless of the rest of the routine?

Thanks!

So your erections are fine that's good..for your peyronie's a extender is men't to straighten your penis,if i were you i would stick with a good newbie routine stretches and jelqing for enlargment and also use the extender 1-2 hours a day for the peyronie's,and keep up the tablets, you could even (goggle herbal remadie's for peyronie's disease) i just checked eHow.com they have some good info.
Just keep at it and you will be fine:)

My goodness, I have never seen this thread:( I am sorry, I wish I was more of a support, I did not get a chance to respond. I hope your program is going well and we would love to hear back from you. I try to greet all new people and sometimes a few do get by.
