3x10 at 7-10hg of compression pumping then 3x10 of regular pumping at 6-7hg to strech it and 6x5 of jelquing inbetween pumping.

Today I have a little burn but it will go away by tomarrow.I Pump one day and I take the next day to rest to let that burning to cure before working out again.

I will keep you guys posted once I can post my own post.I will also like to know what is the ring you guys talk about and other excersize for lenght.I am a 7.5 and I want to be a 8.5 or 9 if possible.And my girth goal was 5.5 but with the gains of yesterday I changed to a 6.I thought it was harder to gain girth but I think it's the other way around for me.Thanks for reading and I will appreciate any advice and tips.

I personally feel that if you have only been practicing Penis Enlargement for 1 week, you shouldnt be pumping yet. Its wise to start off with a newbie routine for alteast 2-3 months to condition your penis first. 6-7hg is also too high imo. Ive been pumping for some time now and have seen very good results from it but I stay within 4-5hg. Lower pressure over an extended period of time produces better permanent results than shorter times at higher pressures.

I'm afraid to pump at lower pressure for more amount of time because of the purple color that I get when I pump for long.Is the discoloration bad or is it normal.How do you know that the penis is in condition.I feel OK when I pump at 5hg for 10 minutes.But since I got used to 5hg I don't feel the same pressure as before so thats why I went up to 6-7hg.On compression pumping I feel nothing at 5hg so thats why I pumped to almost 10hg because it feels like when I pump to 5hg non compression pumping.Anyways I was just wondering if this workout was OK.But I am a newbie and since you are a experience pumper I will take your advice because I don't want to hurt my self.It's just wierd that I'm a newbie at Penis Enlargement and this intensive work out feels OK.

The slight discoloration is normal and temporary. Doing 30-50 wet jelqs and helicopter spins between pumping sets helps with blood circulation and will flush the discoloration away.

Since you got used to 5hg for 10 minutes, doesnt mean you should increase the pressure. The wise thing to do is remain at 5hg but increase the time to 12 minutes and work your way up to 15 minutes/set.

Since youve already gotten used to pumping and like the feeling, it will be hard to convince you to stop for a few weeks and just focus on stretching and jelqing to condition your unit, but I would definitely do it. Your newbie gains are the quickest and usually the biggest gains youll make in such a short period and youre bypassing the newbie routine altogether. Newbie routines are the foundation for all Penis Enlargement in my opinion. Why pass up on some of the quickest gains you could achieve by simple stretching and jelqing for 2 months and conditioning your unit for bigger and better things?
