This thread has been merged with a previous thread with similar content "ADC for clamping gains" or something similar. That content (Along with my comments, ideas, and discussion of what I will be doing to try this idea out) begins on page 3, post#52. This thread is basically for the research and potential development of the concept of Clamping in such a manner as to mimic a CONTROLLED state of priapism. Hopefully breaking new ground that has only previously been theorized about on this forum and on others in the community. To MY knowledge, I have not seen anyone else claim to have actually attempted this. I, Stillwantmore with the guidance and feedback from men such as DLD, Redzulu, Bluewhale, and others am going to be the initial "test subject" for this. The hope of course, being to bring about a "new" means for the advanced Penis Enlargement practitioner to see size gains previously thought impossible. The potential risk for engaging in a method such as this has already been acknowledged. It should be said again, that I am a very advanced and experienced Penis Enlargement practitioner. clamping to lead to a controled state of Priapism that will trigger Megalophallus

So, one would need to clamp and be aroused for around 3-4 hours and maintain an erection and be fully engorged the whole time.

Wouldnt need to use the tightest click on the clamp but maintain that engorgement would be vital.

After the 3-4 hours of non-stop erection clamped than it would be considered Priapism .. well its controlled self induced Priapism if you will ... could this than lead to permanent enlargement of the penis?

The blood has been inside engorged for all that time .. so surely it will have enlarged it in someway.

I would be keen to have members experiemnt with this alongwith myself and see what results we get.

Caverject Sterile Powder contains alprostadil as the naturally occurring form of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1)

Caverject is administered via small-needle injection into an area of the penis known as the corpus cavernosum. It works by relaxing smooth muscle tissue which, in turn, enhances blood flow to the penis, creating an erection. The drug is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction whether the cause is neurological, vascular, psychological or of mixed origin. Patients selected for treatment with Caverject receive initial injections from medically-trained personnel to determine optimum dosing. Usual dosing is from 5 mcg to 20 mcg with standard kit doses available in the 10 mcg and 20 mcg strengths. Up to 60 mcg can be injected at one time. Caverject can be administered by the patient once he has been trained to self-inject.

The blood has been in the penis that whole time but this is not nor ever will be medically sound. The whole time this engorgement has been going on the cells of the penis have been consuming oxygen and other nutrients and making and leaking wastes. Because blood flow is slowed fresh oxygenated blood will not be coming in at the rate it needs to and wastes cannot be removed at the rate they need to be removed. I can only foresee really really bad things happening to any man who attempts this. Ischemia of the penis will not lead to penis enlargement in my opinion. Even priaprism can be damaging. Its not always beneficial.

I agree with you and understand your concerns, however if the user takes maximum precautions and has the experience [Hence why I mention advanced clampers] plus uses some circulation enhancers such as that cream I use from Casagrande, than it could be pulled off.

I'm confident about it but lets keep discussing this and see if we can make a gameplan thats safe for whoever does this.

Thats a worse case scenario which I dont think would happen as it would be done very strictly hence I'm not going to attempt this until I read more on Priapism and Megalophallus plus look into the anatomy more closely of the penis, with its arteries and veins etc .. plus the drug Caverject.

As you know I brought clamping\constriction\tourniquet methods to the mainstream Penis Enlargement community when they were looked down upon and guys were feared to death of doing it incase they lost their dicks. I got banned from CheekyCherry for talking about clamping yet now its practiced by so many members its just the norm and I'm soooo proud of that .. ok this may sound weird but I'm happy that I have helped others and my efforts in the woods all those years ago [Yes I did some in the woods in the middle of nowhere] has helped others lives ... I nearly lost my cock on one occasion! lesson learnt and new plans came into action and it didnt happen again.

My point is, that new discoveries are looked at with skeptisism at first such as clamping was but once its tried and tested it all makes sense.

This could be held true for this topic in here, self induced Priapism that will trigger Megalophallus and permanent penis enlargement.

I see MASSIVE potential in this and wouldnt waste my time thinking about it if I didnt.
The penis held in a larger engorged state than it normally is WILL over time become MUCH LARGER INDEED ... this experiment will enbale one to maintain an erection for 2-4 hours non-stop and during that time the user will be clamped and be sexually excited the whole time .. to keep his erection going. The user would also perform horse squeezes and other various movements while clamped apart from hanging and pumping .. just manuel work to help either engorge the penis further past the norm or to stretch it past its normal length.

I would suggest that after 15 mins that the clamp be made loose and to let blood in and out and to apply a hot wrap if need be ... than clamp tight again and continue from where was left off.

I use Cosagrande creams which keep the circulation going very strong which should be very useful when doing this.

More will have to be discussed on the routine and safety measures ... LOTS to be talked about before anyone does this ... safety is our concern but I and I'm sure others feel that it can yield great success if its pulled off and we dont like failiure.

Thinking about it now ... I would think that one or at MOST two sessions like this would be done every 7 days [week] or every 3 days between sessions. These would be the most INTENSE girth work one could do ... the chambers will be screaming fatigue and will be sooooooo tired I wouldnt be shocked if the user didnt get an erection for days following this ... think of lifting massive heavy weights and days after you cant use that muscle properly as its sore but give it rest and when you return your bigger and stronger than before.

if you put it that way--letting blood circulate every 15 mins--then it doesnt sound too bad. It seems similar to what one of the members did with intense clamping and no rest, except you are bringing the intensity up and allowing time for healing.

I found a few suppliers of Caverject but I'm slightly concerned about all these injections to the penis.

Supra's recent comments have made me wonder if indeed scar tissue and other nasties could take place inside the penis from all this 'pricking', even if the injection sites are changed allot ... the penis isnt a large surface area unlike out bodies when we inject say steroids one could use either buttock, parts of the thigh and the deltoid etc so its constantly rotated. The penis doesnt have that, so more likely scar tissue could build.

That has EXACTLY the same ingredients in it as the Caverject but you apply it to the outside of your penis or down the uretha.

Says erections should commence around 10-15 mins after its applied and can last for 4 hours .... Penis EnlargementRFECT for this experiment.

Sounds intense and dangerous but, y'know, it's your dick. Priapism isn't beneficial in any way. You may get a larger penis but of all of the cases of sickle cell priapism that I've read about, the men were left impotent. At any rate, I'll be following along and rooting for ya! maximum precautions would need to be taken if this ever came to fruition. A basic outline of the steps that the test group needs to take is first. Also, starting at a one hour than a two hour test first before attempting the full fledged 3-4 hour onslaught.

you would need the materials the same across the board and make sure they are all used by every man in the group to assure correct calculations based on any data gathered as well.

I havent tried it yet but still want to. The Befar method would be tested and than the Caverject which can be purchased over the counter in Spain for approx 15 Euro's!! Not bad ay.
