Yesterday i had like a really aroused day than usual so i thought i would take a measurement to see if i had increased well now its 7 1/2 in. I was all thrilled and kinda freaked out yesterday, i couldnt believe it, the gains already!! My last measurement was 7 1/4 in. I took a pic for proof of the 7 1/4 in. i only hear a noise when im doing cranks, like it sounds like my knuckles are popping, i hear that each time doing cranks. but it doesnt feel awkward.

the pulling where i feel weird at the base just maybe feels sensitive at the base for doing a deep stretch im not sure.

is here a certain noise bad..?

Good on both answers. Yes, you are feeling soreness and fatigue at the ligaments, this is a sign that you are stretching effectively. In the beginning we get sore and this may last for the first few months, eventually it becomes less and less. The noise you hear when doing cranks is also normal although not everyone gets it.

thanks dld thats reassuring.. i should really put an effort getting on this site everyday to learn as much as i can. I tend to crash read your site for hours at a time than not get back on for awhile. Daily consisteny of educating myself about all this has really answered the unkown to questions and concerns i might be thinking while doing Penis Enlargement.

Thinking its time i do a new post soon in the newbie thread about parts of my small journey to keep up the motivation.

How often would you do the newbie routine? Multiple times a day? Once a day? What time would you do it?

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

just once a day but intense let me emphasize on intense !! and i would usually do it at late night before i go to the gym , or after the gym and sometimes do my routine at midnight!. Theres no set time on when you should do it. Im a believer though if you workout do it before the gym and pull that damn thing with intensity and really focus on what your doing, just dont do it to do it, Its kinda like people that go to the gym everyday and they seem like they just go to go for a workout vs the people that go cause they want to see results. The people that want results they go intense smart and there consistent.

Damn DLD your so right about this man. So far i like to do pretty intense 2 days on 1 day off, it seems a good schedule for me. But your right Days can lead to weeks , you are right about that, just recently this led to almost a week and half off and i started to notice it did not feel as swole down there.

i guess for most it comes down to whats most important watching tv, taking a break, resting, or getting a big cock !! set your priorities first haha.

Im sure others know a difference when doing stretches sometimes i can visualize the dick right in the middle actually extending and see the skin on top stretching a little bit at a time, than others i feel the cord inside my dick to ass actually feels like its being stretched to a deeper degree.

Question is about stretching when stretching i sometimes like to hold my sac area at the base and the other hand right under the head of the penis than do a strong intense stretch.

But others i wont hold the nuts back and sometimes ill just use one hand under head of penis and use the other hand to help support the hand thats grabbing so i can have a stronger grip but when i do it this way i don't feel the dick as much stretching but mainly the cord inside the dick to ass getting a good stretch.

Perfect Form. ANy video you see me stretching in I am using one hand to ground the strech by gripping the scrotum. I have also found, as we see in the DLD Testicle Health Massage and Stretch, a good seperation of scrotum and penis base, allowing for longer, heavy flaccid hang.

The noose ring is my favorite. It is very inexpensive at around $12 and you can find it in any adult store. I will have them available, along with some other choices, with the new site updates, but for now I suggest the noose ring. It is quick and very safe.

hey DLD. quick question today i noticed after doing Penis Enlargement i was doing my stretches pretty hard. and right under neath the head the upper part of the shaft right before it meets the head theres like a knot under the skin that feels hard. What cause that. almost feels like a hard bubble in there or something..:s
