Many thanks to the seniors and DLD for the most insightful forum on Penis Enlargement, newbie signing in here.

I received my X-40 a week ago and had some problems getting a good seal, i did what many members recommended and trimmed the necessary away.

Today for the first time i had a great seal and the session was intense considering i do not have a bathtub. Problem was, it looked like the gains near the glan was a lot more than the base, how do i prevent this? I apologise for starting a new thread on this if it was already mentioned somewhere. Information on this awesome sight is simply too massive! :)
 
It is probably fluid retention. Not harmful, will disappear after some time.
Are you getting good sessions?
 
I concur.

This will happen when you go overboard. What we have discovered is doing super-sets, expansion is much higher and fluid buildup becomes dispersed throughout the penis enhancing the engorgement rather them giving donut swelling. Follow the DLD Bathmate Routine for Newbies and you will have amazing sessions and quick growth.
 
Kingcobra n DLD, are u suggesting i break the session up into smaller ones? Will check out the newbie routine n report back.

i am doing manual stretches on alternate days now - to let the red spots settle on rest days.

Bathmate everyday so far but today's session was frustrating as i couldnt get a good suction at all. i only have showers and do not have the luxury of a bath.
pissed off at the fact i couldnt get even a minute in without seeing bubbles building up in the tube, i checked for leaks and found nothing. After trying for 20 mins to get a good seal, i gave up.
note to self, will get sleeve. Why would Bathmate sell something that requires modification to get the best out of it?

doing sets has minimized the baseball bat issue - will measure up next week. going for a walk to cool off. >:(

Don't get discouraged man. I have been using the Bathmate for the almost two months now and it is great!

I used to get the bad donut too until I started a version of the Dan clizer method.

I pump 6 sets of 6 minutes, but NOT at max pressure. For instance, pumped as hard as I can, my dick reaches 195 in the X-40. Now for my workout, I will start with a set at 170, a set at 175,then 4 sets at 180 to 185.

In between sets, I refill with water and stroke myself with some lotion to get hard. I always enter hard. I find it reduces fluid retention.

After my 6 sets, I jelq for 200 slow intense Jelqs, followed by 6 ssj's, followed by about ten minutes of reverse jelq to squeeze out the fluid. This system work well for me.

Also, I trim the hair at the base of my shift all the way down. Helps with pain and suction. Also fill the tube all the way to the top, go in hard and pull your balls down as you pump. Should help.

Thanks for the encouragment dude!! I am currently doing sets as well (as recommended by DLD) but i have not been able to time them accurately to the mins, because of the disruptions to refill. Last night was a failure, today i will get something going for sure. I go in hard as well, and pull my balls down too. When my sleeves come, i am sure i will get a great seal - i'll suck it up for now. Worse case, i will do the slow jelq and SSJ

I will try the less then full suction bit that you suggest, thanks again dude!!

No problem man. I ordered universal sleeves for the Bathmate myself to combat the painful rings at the base from the gaiter but found them to be a pain in the butt. You must be hard to squeeze in, you must be oiled up to slide through the sleeve, and when you press the Bathmate against your body, the sleeve can get air trapped behind it and squirt water out from where the sleeve wraps around the seal. The Hydromax looks like the best way to have a sleeve on the Bathmate, but it sucks that it just recently hit the market.

Hopefully a sleeve does the trick for you though . If not try trimming the hair way down. I use clippers with a number 1 guard.

I felt the suction is lost from the comfort pad as i see bubbles building up from there. soon it will be 1/4 of air and most suction will be lost.

i measure 4.5" around the base, is this the reason?

Question guys: should i rip off the comfort pad? i think it leaks more than it seals?
Any suggestions/ modification to recommend for a greater seal?

Hey there. I have heard from some people that the comfort ring affects their seal. For me, it doesn't but you never know. I think your base girth is fine, but perhaps you are letting the Bathmate point too far downward once it is attached? I notice that if I don't support it and keep it relatively perpendicular to my body, it allows air in. Do you have the shower strap to support it?

The other possibility is a hole in your gaiter that you cannot see. Maybe try to attach to the palm of you hand and see if you lose suction still.

I'm sure you base girth is fine. It's about average.

When I pump to say 170, after about 3 minutes I'll come down to maybe 165, but there's no obvious leak of air. I belive it is just my election subsiding a little and I xpanding girth-wise.

If you can, try sitting still and supporting the tube next time.

A session will always need re-pumping, there is no way to avoid it without a perfect seal. Air comes out slowly, pump back up to max.

Hey just wondering if you are using vaseline around base ? This is the only way I ever get a really good seal . Also the pump sleeves make an incredible difference . I've got rid of comfort pad completely and I get great seal good comfort and very good pressure .

Wolfenstein, i hold it perpendicular to my body right after i insert and start pumping. No shoulder straps though. Yeah, bummer about the hydroMax man - it hit the market like the day i received my X-40 LOL.
If after 3 mins and your 170 becomes 165 without losing suction, then i think the Bathmate is working perfectly for you. it meant your penis has expanded by that 5mm and its time to repump.

DLD, i do pump after every 30 secs or so, its the amount of air seeping in that makes it necessary to refill and re-attach thats disruptive. i will keep at it boss! this aint gonna stop me.
 
Do the bubbles come through valve ? I read a post recently saying if this happens just twist it a bit and should fix . Hope you get it working . You'll love it when you get some good sessions in . It's hard to stop !

Dude i feel so inferior to you!!!

If i'm erect or semi hard i can only max out at around 170 if i'm lucky most times i'm usually at 160 and when flaccid down to 150.

How big are you normally if you don't mind me asking? Just curious to find out if i'm pumping hard enough

Haha, and yet I feel inferior to most guys on this forum! My non-pumped measurement is 6.5 bpel. I won't include my girth since girth is my primary objective and today is a measure day and I haven't reached my goal yet.

I'm not sure how far I go in the tube if I just put it in with no pump though. If I go in flaccid, i usually get to 165 or 170 by the end of 6 minutes.

Just keep at it though! From what I have seen from the Bathmate already in the short time that I have had it, it's capable of producing results.

thats some crazy expansion you got going on there, i'm 6 bpel and as i said previously i get no where near the same numbers as you. Hmmm depressing lol

Hmm, that is interesting! Especially since I haven't seen any length gains lately. Though I do have an upward curve so I could be getting some extra length in the tube from the curve flattening out. I would also like to believe that I'm a decent responder to pumping since I end most every session with an inch girth temp gain.

Perhaps the intensity of your workout needs to increase.
