If you are not gaining there is something in your routine or lifestyle that will need to be corrected. I would have a good read through SRT Theory and see if any of it applies to you and the issues you are facing. It may really get you on the right track and get some inches under that belt!
 
could be over training. take a break and let your tissues heal and start after 2 weeks or so .
 
Anyone else busted their ass with no gains ? Of course yes.

Search for similar posts here or on other Penis Enlargement forums, and you'll see that we've been a LOT like this. Some even quit in 3-6 months, 1 year, then come back later with a different approach and eventually get some, some say they waited 2 years to see gains.

On the other side, there are true legends like DLD, and others, fortunate enough (or wise enough, hint : SRT tips) to get 1 or 2 inches right after their newbie routine

About side effect, yes, Penis Enlargement involves some average (or bad) side effects that for some, may never go away : Discoloration (especially with the Bathmate = “two colors dick”), growing hair on the shaft, stretch marks. Honestly, I don’t care about it anymore and using dry jelqs a lot it seems it decreased the 2 colors effect (but my dick is still darker, with some even darker spots). I shave the extra hair. Never got any comment from my wife about it (fully erect you don’t notice it).

Now based on my very humble Penis Enlargement experience of 2 years and mostly a LOT of Penis Enlargement forum reading, I’ll list you some possible reasons for not getting gains at all :

1) Lack of dedication / consistency / focus / privacy time : non issue for you apparently (that’s one huge issue for me)

2) Measurement NBPL :
If you measure Non bone pressed, it’ll be hard to notice any small gain, it’s just not reliable (except for decent gains) because it’s hard to do it the same exact way. Go bone pressed.

3) Starting with a light or newbie routine first :
The main reason for this is to progressively get your penis used to Penis Enlargement (stretches, jelqs). It made me feel like my penis was in “Penis Enlargement shape”, more flexible, more girth because of the consistent jelqs. Did you start with that before getting into the serious routine you describe ?

4) Finding your routine :
It can take time to find the right way to do the exercises (stretch with the right angle, the right strength), and find a routine and the exercises that really work for your body and penis (general hint is : choose the ones that you really "feel" in terms of temp gains, expansion for girth, stretch/burn and temp flaccid size for length). Some exercises may simply not work at all for you, or with very limited gains. Also try to use Reverse Kegels when you stretch, that will help you by relaxing your ligaments.

Also check the progress threads to see success stories of some (what exercises, how long, etc..) and try to apply some to you

5) Overtraining :
Since you did not get any newbie gains of 0.5" or 1", I would tend to think, you may have done "too much" "too soon" to your penis, so that it can't even recover from what you're doing. The routine you describe might be perfect for vets with 3, 5 or 10 years of Penis Enlargement under their belt, maybe it's too much for you yet. Generally you'd raise your routine up, if you gain then hit a plateau, and need to put your penis in a new situation, a different stress/expansion (I'm exactly there). I understand you gained nothing yet, so that would not be your case.

Cycling (doing a lot of something, then stopping not to have your organism getting used to it), is important too, like for sport, a diet or anything that could have an impact on your metabolism (and you want a high metabolism so your body create new cells/skin/tissue). I understand you take rest days so that would be non issue too.

6) General Health / Lifestyle :
If you can, have a healthy lifestyle (food, sport, lots of water, lots of rest/sleep, etc..), many have confirmed that's obviously a plus for gains. Cardio for a better blood flow, resistance seems good for testosterone.

Don't sleep enough, or drink too much alcohol for example, eat too much fat/sugar get overweight, and you'll kill your metabolism, you'll most probably sabotage your gains too (big pb for me too).

7) Be postitive and use vizualisation :
Like mentionned a lot on this forum, make your Penis Enlargement session like you're going to make it, not like "you know that's not going to work". If you stretch, watch your penis and visualize it like you COULD stretch it down to your KNEES. If you make girth, think about a hot girl/woman driving you crazy and think about how BIG you're going to be for her, how amazed and excited she will be, how BIG it’s going to grow for her, etc...

8) Edging, Kegels, reverse kegels
If you don’t edge, you don’t get your penis used to be filled by the most blood and expansion it could get (and more), thus, why your penis would even try to grow ? It does not need to.

For me edging while wearing a cockring or a clamp (using kegels, reverse kegels) is amazing (trying not to come for 20-30 min, don’t come at all if you can).

Kegels and Reverse Kegels will help you fill your penis improve erection quality. As one noted in the replies (and in the dld routines), don’t underestimate this aspect.

9) Check the SRT thread in the same forum for other technical, experienced and efficient tips.

If really nothing works for you, then, you can try to focus just on one aspect only (girth of length) and see how it goes

I guess a ruler doesn't actually give correct measurements. Since after all those exercise or pressure the fat surrounding the base of the penis have reduce. Try to stretch the your penis and see if you can reach your navel. If on June the gap is about an inch. It should now have reach the navel. It's not how low it hangs.
