the italian study referenced in paragoomby's post in �other forum� argues that
"penile dimensions are highly correlated with height and weight". this would argue against your statement redzulu.


OBJECTIVE: The knowledge of normal variations in the size of male external genitalia is of considerable interest to several disciplines. We carried out an extensive study in young Italian males to provide estimates of normal variations of penile dimensions. METHODS: The penile length in flaccid and stretched states and the penile circumference were measured in a random group of 3,300 young men aged 17-19 years and free from endocrine disorders and from congenital or acquired abnormalities of the penis. In a random sample of 325 subjects of the same set of people, penile length and circumference were also correlated with weight and height. Statistical analysis was performed with the Sperman test, because our data were not normally distributed as tested by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (p < 0.01). RESULTS: The median values of penile dimensions recorded in the present study are flaccid length 9.0 cm, flaccid circumference, at the middle of the shaft, 10.0 cm, and stretched length 12.5 cm. We also observed that the penile dimensions are highly correlated with height and weight. CONCLUSIONS: Since penile length and circumference correlate with anthropometric parameters such as weight and height, we suggest to consider themselves as two bodily measures which display a wide extent of normal variability along the general population

There are many studies that try to correlate penis size to some other part of the body. The majority of the ones I've read show a weak correlation with height. This one about finger length is new to me though

Interesting one about the Italian & Greek studies although they arent massive samples used and cant be taken as the be all and end all with this. 325 subjects used in the Italian experiment, which isnt that big on a test that would need many thousands for it to really show a good pattern for the rest of us.

Also how were the studies conducted? its alright finding studies but its very important how they have been setup and carried out. Did the men measure themselves? or did the team do it for them? how were they measured? and where? how did they take the weight? scales? or fat calipers? for example ... I could go on.

The Greek study is a case of If you want a theory to fit, it WILL fit and the researchers were looking for this trend more than actually finding it, if you understand me here.

Also I have seen quite a few guys well over 6ft tall and they had nothing special between the legs at all, albeit I only seen it flaccid they had average to below average size from what I saw with the odd one with something over average, nothing unusual from anything I had seen before.

Oneguy in particular who stood at just shy 7ft had a tiny flaccid penis.

I'll be honest though here, these were all patients so it could be biological inbalances for why they have dicks like that and not whoppers like the theory goes, but also from my female freinds and sisters who have dated tall guys, they all say the same ... that they arent larger than anyone else.

If height is special than surely guys small in height have small dicks? this isnt the case as they also come in various sizes incl huge sizes but I can see how this theory gathered support. Surely if someone was 10ft tall he wouldnt have a penis like the 'normal' males around would he? probably not, but than again 6-10ft is a massive leap, assuming 6ft is average height for human males ... so if thats the case or even 5.10ft and a male is 6.5 or 6.10 it isnt enough IMO for nature to warrant a large leap in penis size ... it doesnt make sense as its not a huge difference in the grand scheme of things, but when you go into 7 1/2 ft to more than I think 'something' could occur .... maybe than nature altered something.

I just read this entire thread and found some very interesting information as well as a few hypotheses that merit further exploration. Suffice it to say that there's no definitive body of research to explain (or predict) the various sizes, but one study that mentioned Africans over-all being very similar to other races except for the fact that there are many more 'outliers' which got me thinking...
could there be a correlation to those few 'massive' blacks and sickle-cell anemia? That trait is only found in Africans and it can often lead to 'mega-phallus'...perhaps some only have a 'minor' case which causes this effect?
Maybe Big Al can chime-in on this idea

I also believe American Indians also have issues with sickle cell. I agree that it can be a benefit to those who are minimally effected as impotence comes when the penis remains erect for too long. So shorter erection sessions lets say of about 5-8 hours would be beneficial as long as Kegels are done. The danger is when the afflicted have erections lasting hours, some times days.

I don't see why people are obsess with having a penis that is too big. Those big �naked person� are not able to use their whole penis length.

Members should start setting realistic PE goals. If you can get to 7.5 inches, you are big and good to go.

You are quite right. Although I am Turkish, I have a good penis size. The fact that the lands of Turkey are very mixed racially and their mixing with the Anatolian peoples has a great effect on this. Even though Turks are Asian, the Europeans outweigh the Turks in Turkey. I personally have never been obsessed with the penis. until I watched __________ �naked people movies�. When I saw black men, my childhood complex started personally. I've seen many black men far, far superior to whites and Asians, not just the __________.
