Interesting. With no , errr , 'hands on' training, it's cool to see the different ways people end up doing the same things differently.
I've kindof sworn off from clamping because breaking them was p*ssing me off, but here's how I used to apply them:
A length of
Ace bandage long enough to wrap around the base slightly more than once, and folded upon itself so it makes two layers of cushioning. While reasonably flacid, close the Clamp around the wrap enough to keep the wrap in place and push the whole thing (wrap and clamp) all the way to the super-base bottom as you can go, then I'd try to get the Clamp into the last possible tooth. If completely flacid it's possible, if not then it's impossible, ... but as low as it would go. Then stimulate -towards- erection.
This way the Clamp is in a far-lower tooth than would be possible if starting out from an erect state.
It's going to move, there's no way around it .... so, when at about 30% 'erection' .... pop the Clamp up by two or three teeth so it's more loose ... and then once again super-shove it all the way to the bottom, click it as closed as humanly possible, and hold it at the bottom while going the rest of the way to erection.
Point of all of this (and maybe some people are built different - so their mileage may vary...) is so that once you're erect, the Clamp is so tight and so far at the bottom that it will often keep you up in a 100+% erect state without any further stimulation, manual, kegels, anything. If it's not all the way at the bottom, and all the way closed as possible, its trapping/engorging effect is going to be less than by doing this.
Once everything seems settled in, you can do kegels anyway (even though they wouldn't actually be necessary) to over-engorge your unit. I'd compare this to a whole-penis ULI, very good effects, ... but it's the kegeling while clamped on the smallest-tooth possible that breaks the Clamps all the time. I've tried other methods of restricting the size of the penis base (to compressed 'clamped' dimensions) and they are a Joke. This is a Lot of hydraulic pressure, too much for things that aren't a clamp, and it was easy to see what exactly is breaking the clamps,, - kegels.
Would then go five to maybe eight minutes at the outside, five minutes is a lot of time like this. Then remove the clamp, apply non-stimulating massage and 'leg-slaps', etc, to get some normal blood going on again ... and then repeat per above. Would do this three or four times per day --- unless I started to get discoloration, then I'd back off for a day or two. You will still get a lighter ring 'tan-line' effect at the very bottom like this, but the whole shaft doesn't turn red spots and blothchy purples.
Clamp tight, Go rough, The let it breathe.
Still want to try the airclamp .... would never be as intense but seems very cool for a different type of effect.
