okay guys, i started seriously committed Penis Enlargement about 10 months ago. started with jelqing and air pumping with vacutech. i gained about .5 in girth in about 5-7 months. Mainly pumping the sh**t out of my pipe. always had a lot of fluid retention. at about month 2 i bought SG and Bathmate and combined those into my routine.

moving forward.

I have only grown .2 in girth since june 2013. quite honestly ive been stuck and not growing girth wise anymore it seems.

However! i started a lot of intense stretching & SG 4-5hrs full tension for the past 2 months and have gained .75 in length..

Im really happy with my length and NOT happy with my girth. im at 5.5 and normally pump to 6 to have sex with my older cougar GF that i love with. lol.

She said i feel average sometimes and feel really big at other times... and im thinking wtf im 8.7in and 5.5girth and im average sometimess??

So anyways now im stuck on a strictly GIRTH routine that involves SG (Please tell me if its too much & the order should be changed)

routine Starting this TODAY (9/20/13)

wake up.
hot bath to warm up for 10m
daily newbie stretches (the ones in DLDs newbie routine) SG full tension 3-4 hours (half hour - 45m sessions) (jelqing in between along with some stretching and rotarys)

30 minute rest.

Bath (warm up)
Tunica tug (stretch penis)
20 3 sec squeezes (warm up)
200 jelqs at 75% (warm up)
O Bends total of 16 (4,4,4,4) all directions adding fingers each time.
Slinky Bends
5 20s squeezes (flaccid exercise at 40% erection.)
last Bathmate
- 5min pump then 5m SSj 4 sets.
2 10m clamping sessions
warm down.

Then i normally air pump for 20-30 minutes later on at night before having sex.

Am i overdoing it?

Im 22
take vitamins and test booster plus protein for recovery and growth.

PS: im addicted to this so MUCH!

It looks like 80-90% length routine, girth finally to finish and no heal expanded aspect...

One thing to just add to what you're doing is a penis ring. After the girth portion put it on for at least an hour, and try to keep expanded that hour through a little stimulation...

Otherwise I'd say its a great combo routine with length emphasized.

Since you say your goal is now girth... and girth growth has stalled... I'd say maybe why is your routine is more length focused.

I don't want to suggest ditching the early length routine, but if you're girth focused I'd find some more girth exercises and add to that workout.

SSJs, ballooning edging, ulis, isolated compression squeezes, clamping and finally Redz Frendos... as you grow in girth experience...

I'd get a cable clamp and get XP towards Frendos, to hit your cougar with a suddenly wide penis she'll go wtf?

I'm shopping for that stuff this weekend myself.

I would not say you are overdoing it, I would say you have found a miraculous secret that makes you a better man and now you want to practice it! I think when each one of us realized this stuff was for real we all became a bit overzealous. Try to feel your way through this. If you are experiencing poor erection quality, too much soreness, skin issues, etc. then you are overdoing it, if you feel comfortable with what you are doing go forward!

Thanks for the response man! I am using a cock ring after my girth session. I am using tho for almost the whole day and night sometimes while i sleep at a lighter resistance. i have one of those leather bands with the snaps to adjust. Im going to look into what your were talking about. by adding more girth exercises.

Yeah man last "on" time with wife I passed my +1" off as due to losing weight more showed... which is true. She thoughtlessly said she liked the added length but "too bad there wasn't a way to make them thicker..". So I'd just adjust what your doing to girth exercises and get your girth gains going again.

i love it man, you motivated me to go get the redz frendos, the tile and clamps. im going to look at that tomorrow. girth is really where its at once u are in the 7-8in length range.

Get the cable clamp and tape it up with electrical tape to give it more pressure when clamping due to the added thickness in tape. also it makes it more comfortable to use without a piece of cloth underneath.

This happens to be true. When I was focusing on length, I rarely had issues with my skin. But I still blame myself for not stretching very hard and I feel I need to go back and do lots of BTC stretches.
