Heya!

Even though I wouldn't say I'm a complete newbie. In fact I have used an extender for the past 3 months and done some manual Penis Enlargement, but with no luck. I have had 0 gains literally and its very discouraging knowing that I've been using an extender 4 hours a day for 3 months with no results (Andropenis). So I found this site, and so far it looks good to me. Been following DLD's newbie routine in hopes of seeing results one day. Since I want to avoid doing mistakes I'd like to ask the following:

I can't do 100 jelqs+ at a time, because I cant keep an erection for that long... can I do jelqs in set of 30's until i hit 300 or so? Meaning that I'll do 30, erection level gets worse and I'll stop for 1 or 2 minutes to regain it and continue once again.

Stretching is pretty obvious, though I'm surprised that DLD's program is mainly made up of stretching in all kinds of directions for 30sec. I'm still kind of sceptical of the stretching as I've been doing that for 4 hours everyday for 3 months and seen absolutely no results, but I'll still do it in hopes that it works.

I see Bathmates quite popular on this forum. Would you advice getting one? I dont have a big penis so I'm not sure if I'll even be able to use it. Mine is 5.5inches BPenis EnlargementL and 5inches girth. Will the results I get from Bathmate be permanent/temporary and do people actually get results from it :O ?

And last but not least... the reason I stumbled upon Penis Enlargement forums is not because I wanted a bigger penis. Yes god hasnt blessed me with a nice and big penis, but my story of how I ended up here begins with my ED problems. Basically I havent had morning wood since I was 15. I'm 19 currently and I believe that I may have some serious problems with getting it up. Morning wood was the first sign that somethings wrong to me. Sometimes I can't get it up alone either... and dont even get me started on when I'm with my gf. Thats like a suicide mission for me. Never worked. And yes I've gotten my testosterone levels checked, went to urologist and everythings fine with me... but I dont think so at all. I got prescribed Cialis and Levitra which I do use when needed, but its very sad knowing that my own body is already giving me up at a young age like this. Sometimes, even cialis doesnt work which is very weird. I'd like to fix it, but I dont know how. I'm doing kegels hoping they would help, but it doesn't really seem that they do much to help me.
 
First welcome to the forum Bub!! I'm gonna answer you questions in order! Now some people on this forum will not agree with me but I do not believe in devices at all!! If I was you I'd shelve them for awhile! In refernce to your jelqing problem, I do like 1200 jelqs per day and do start to loose my erection after while and I just stop masturbate to erection again and keep goin! I think that jelqing is the ticket for your ED problems! In the first couple weeks of steady jelqing, I notice harder erections and more than that I was gettin them alot! I am 20 and I'd lost my morning wood awhile back, but it returned and when I needed a erection it was a raging one! Jelqing will improve erection quality, penis health, and all around growth. If your not in this to get larger but are just trying to get healthier harder erections, I'd stop stretching. Stretching, although adds length, does cause penis fatigue therefore making gaining a erection harder to accomplish. Bathmate... I've heard both sides of the arguement on it! But as I do not own one I can't speculate! I would just jelq and save the money. Hope that helps! :D

Watching ���� helps with jelq sessions. jizzhut.com, xvideos.com, and whatever other good site that gets posted up works great too.

I would also pick up a strong kegal workout too. This, coupled with the jeqls, will also help a lot with your ED. Kegals is a missing link for a lot of guys. When I first tried Penis Enlargement a few years ago I was turned off by it all because after a week or two I noticed some weak erections or erection quality. This was because I was skipping out on the kegal work. I recommend following in whole, DLD's First Routine. I think you will see results in the first two weeks, maybe even first week with erection health. But give it an honest month before you write anything off. After the first two weeks, double up the numbers of the kegal/pc muscle part. As you advance you will be adding even more to make your pc muscle strong enough to stand you bigger dick up like a 16 y/o's.
Bathmate is awesome. I can't talk on the total science of it but I enjoy using it and enjoy the results. I haven't been using it long enough to say anything permanent because I don't want to stop using it. Some endorse getting it right away. I would vote investing a couple months in DLD's First Routine.

I'm not sure how you used your extender but I used one coupled with the newbie routine early and things were gaining great to make me a true believer.
 
thanks priapus! ill probably give up the extender and start working more on manual :) i notice that you've made some amazing gains february-may ! congrats on that :D id love it if i had those extra 2 inches.

avg hours per day i used an extender: 4
kegels: 20 per day, 15 sec hold each
jelq: 100 jelqs a day
manual stretching: 30sec in all directions 2-3reps each.

about the tension of extender i have no idea. its an andropenis device and im forced to tie it pretty tight because otherwise it slips and falls off....

ill start off with DLDs newbie routine as people have already suggested. one more question though, a few weeks ago i had raging boners for one day. its weird becaude the day before that i went out drinking and ofc woke up hungover as well. but i woke up with a raging morning boner. how is it possible that my eq got better when i was hungover?

Another thing as well hehe i have lots of questions :D i do jelqs one handed while i hold the foreskin in place with the other due to the fact that if i do it with both hands the skin ends up getting in the way. anyone else do it this way?

You know the tension by how much lines you screw past with the thumb screws. I think no tension was 600mg, first line was 900mg and so one. Do you remember how much you screwed in for tension?

I get a lot of erections with my hang overs too. It's weird. Maybe is just something about them that makes me horny.

Back to what I'm seeing with you routine. Really need to turn up the volume with how many kegals you were doing. Everytime I'm driving somewhere, I'm doing kegals. Add them to your daily life.

Jelqs, a lot more to add there to see results. Add some ���� and lube to the session and you should be able to keep stiff long enough.

4hrs of extender is great in my opinion. I have been getting 3 lately and 4 on a good day. Again, let me know what tension you had it set at. I have a feeling that you weren't pushing with that, I could be wrong.

The way you do the jelqs is good. I do it the same way. Hold the skin back so that I'm getting a "clean" jelq you could say without skin getting bunched up in the motion. Then I switch hands with each rep. Something that helps here is I kegal some more blood in with each rep to provide the fullest amount of blood to improve expansion.
 
Well I screwed in about 7cm of extra rods to it. I dont know what that is in tension. Each small piece that you add to it is 0.5cm so its 14 of those small ones. Andropenis is confusing in general as you have to follow the routine very carefully and add those rods every 3 days or so. But I followed their manual and I did everything that it said I needed to do, yet I havent seen any results in 3 months.

And well nice to know that theres someone else out there who does jelqs the same way :) except one more thing to add to that, when i get all the way up just before the glans with my right hand, I stop take my left hand off which is holding the foreskin and put it back down and do the jelq while im placing my right hand in the same position in which my left hand was in previously. And i do this for 100reps. Sorry if thats confusing :D
 
Yeah those rods will increase the stretch. I'm curious how much the lowest bar compressed and passed the tension measurement rings near the base. This rings were on the hexigon shaped part.

Yeah, do the routine mentioned earlier, and keep us updated with you progress. Get more kegals and jelqs in.
