Hey @DLD thanks for the community you started here I’m so glad I found it. I was going over the newbie routine and wanted to know if you could help me out with a routine to do. After reading I thought about doing manual stretches in the morning and girth work in the evening. I’m working on getting the srt package so I can get the best workouts possible. I’ve used a bathmate pump years ago with know results and it made me give up. Now that I can have some guidance I’m ready to get back to it.

If you want to Segway into SRT from the newbie routine. The only thing I would change is use the SRT 5X5X3 with your Bathmate. As you get additional equipment I can help you work into the SRT routine. The newbie routine will prepare you with good, solid basics

Just wanted to say welcome to the brotherhood, brother. Glad to hear you’re already asking for advice and going for the SRT package which means you’re serious about this.

You’ve already gotten good advice and doing lengthwork/manual stretches in the morning and girth work in the evening is a very good choice for a beginner. Just do SSJ’s(5x5x3) combined with the Bathmate and you might finally get some real girth gains from using it.

As huge-girth always advices for girth work:

8-10 min SSJ(4 times for 1 min each to be exact) then 5 min in the Bathmate full force, and repeat this cycle three times: SSJ’s then Bathmate.

Thanks @DLD im trying to find a routine that’ll help so as I read the newbie routine I wanted to start with that but I also seen the srt routine that you did and the pic you posted from using it and I was sold starting that to. I actually tossed away my bathmate because I never seen gains.

Thanks @Abdiel Bull Berg for the welcom words and advice. I tossed my bathmate mate so at the moment the only thing I can do is manual girth work

Ok, though would advice you to get the MityVac then to aid in the girth/length work. The best equipments I’ve ever used doing PE is the Lengthmaster 3 and the MityVac.

Though hands on manual work is really good for a beginner too, so do the newbie routine while you wait on acquiring the SRT package. Stretching and jelqing is the bread and butter of PE and a very good place to start off your PE journey.
