You might find that the SG works well for you, but if you have trouble with it just keep in mind that there are other options.
 
I made the 2.5" mark in about 9 months of daily, intense training. I hit 2" in 6 months. I feel you can accomplish this too especially since you are doing far more than I was doing when I made these gains.

I just want to get to 9 inches bone press and I will quit length work for good.

My fat pad has gotten a bit bigger. My penis looks shorter than before but my flaccid hang when wrapped with the bandage no longer turtle. This means I've gained length since I started training in January.

In January, when I gained some weight, my penis turtle a bit inside the bandage. But now it doesn't turtle anymore. A good indicator that the expressive stretching is working.

I'm also longer inside the pump than before.

Picking myself up for real this time. Healthy eating habit and cardio. That reminds me, is cardio all about running only?
