I am currently working a routine that uses a vac extender at a high tension and in an effort to preserve my glans I am consistently taking breaks every 30 minutes. I am not noticing a higher tolerance building up so that's likely to be a trend and even if it weren't, I still would remove it once an hour for high erect jelqs with a ring just because that's a part of a theory I'm testing out.

SO, I'm looking for something to fill the void for the useless break. As it stands I'm just doing a mild stretch just to do SOMETHING but I have been reading and I think there are ways I can make that time significant, rather than a waste.

So I am curious about stretches with a grip near the shaft. I have an obnoxious foreskin that made it kind of pointless to do under the head grips. The grip slips and I could not get enough tension. I read a bit on expressive stretching but I'm not exactly clear on how to go about it. I'd really prefer something I can just do with my hands.

So any suggestions here I would be happy to hear.

I'm trying what I can. I think a v stretch gripping at the base feels the most useful so far. I guess I will have to see if anything else comes out of this thread, but I guess it's fine as long as it works a little different from extending without losing tension.

I would suggest that you go through the series of basic stretching utilizing a high grip for half the stretches and a low grip for the other half. This will cover a lot of territory and make you breaks productive. Extending is a great way to make length gains but basic stretching covers many of the angles a extender can not. Varying your grip low and high will train the shaft and ligaments with high grip and will stretch internal penis with low grips.

If you want something to fill up some time might I suggest something I started recently that at the very least has cured the extreme turtling I was having. What I do is edge and every couple of minutes or so basically clamp off my dick in an OK grip with my fingers, pump some blood into my cock via some kegels, and then continue to edge with my cock expanded like that. This has helped my flaccid a lot and if I remember correctly it worked wonders in combination with my past hanging to help my length grow faster (I'm sure it helped girth too, but I never measured). Try it out and see if you like it, at the very least it feels very good to do and it is a nice way to get some blood circulating into your penis after prolonged length work.

Actually already a part of the routine. Except I just edge with a ring and do a lot of kegals.

I figure the cells being more elastic could make extending more effective. Really can't say how effective it is yet because no actual measurements until next week. I can say it used to take effort to get both of my hands on it. Now I've actually got some room to move.

But this was the month of building to a 9 hour daily routine. 254 hours every 4 weeks. First month was about 140.

After 3 months of that the high tension stretches will be bundled.

It's going to be a long year. Pun intended.

Really not interested in less than 9 bpel. Though I'd prefer 9 nbpel (10.2 bpel). That's about 2.5 inches. Not saying it's likely even by the time I am done, but my routine is about 12 hours daily and I use a loose ring during passive time. I'm kinda figuring on just taking what I get and spending a good half year cementing my gains in the extender. After that I'll break down time in the extender until I'm done.

I edge for fun anyway. I'll just do some kegals and jelqs every other day forever. Cause ���� so why not?

I am curious as to how long it will take you to gain those 2.5 inches considering all of the hours you are putting in. Depending on how your penis reacts to PE specifically, you could end up gaining that amount in as short as a years time, maybe even less (of course it could take much longer). I want to be around 10 BPEL myself and am 7.5 BPEL currently, but I expect my 2.5 + inches to take no less than 1.5 years.

I currently hang two hour long sets at 15 lbs and increase the weight by half a pound or more every two weeks. When I reach my goal or reach a point where it takes me way too long to make a gain in length I am going to limit my length work to one daily set of hanging for 20 minutes. I will do that every day into the future unless I absolutely can't that day. Then I will focus on girth. After I am done with active PE for growth I will probably spend a total of 20-40 minutes a day just maintaining.

Well the hope is dedication and a strong synergy between the exercises will yield crazy results. I applied the same determination for girth work and I got over an inch in under 3 months. I've read again and again it's the most aggressive folks that make the largest leaps. I'm doing exactly what I think gives me the best chance to be one of them.

Definitely sounds like it with all the hours you are putting in. I personally don't have time to do more than I am doing, but so far I am happy with my rate of gains and since I plan to do this well into the future I am not in a huge rush.

I made the 2.5" mark in about 9 months of daily, intense training. I hit 2" in 6 months. I feel you can accomplish this too especially since you are doing far more than I was doing when I made these gains.

Yea, I get the time restriction thing. Hindered my determination the first time around years ago. These days I'm blessed to really be able to do whatever I can handle. Not a lot of grown men have the 12 hours a day to micromanage their routine. If the concepts in my routine prove to be especially effective maybe it will be helpful to the guys with busy schedules.

The main thing is obviously me. I'm certainly not going to be upset if my idea helps others get to the finish line faster.

Vac extender. Bathmate. And a cock ring.

The extender for 9. About 2 hours between jelqs and edging broken up throughout the day. Bathmate as a warm down. Also going to throw in 2 extra edging sessions a week for as long as I feel like it. Usually an hour and a half.

Monday through Friday, weekends just extending lightly and a little edging and bathmate to warm down. Should be enough time to recovery I think.

That is quite the arsenal of PE stock. Depending on how things go over the next few weeks I think I will add the vac attachment to the SG I already own so I can actually get some use out of the damn thing. I highly doubt I will be able to get any more than 2-3 hours of extending a day though, nothing like your 9 hours.

The only way I can manage that kind of time is with the leg strap. I can't sit still for 9 hours daily but I can deal with moving with a limp of sorts. For most jobs I think the leg strap is adequate for concealing. If not a phallosan would work great also. Basically a dick belt. I've heard you can do the same with a vac extender, but you'd have to look that up.

Just some ideas in case you want to add to your routine.

I know I'm going at this like a bruiser. I'm wicked excited to see where I'm at in a few months. Here's to finally topping 8 sooner than later.

Using the variety of ways to wear, there should be a position for every task. And even if you can't get the Phallosan in for hours a day you can certainly work it in for hours while you sleep.

Yea, I rarely have any real reason to not be able to get into the leg strap for 8 or more hours a day. I've been reality checked by the initial month being gainless.I still plan on using the extender but breaks and high tension and girth work breaks have been ruled out. Really seems like it was overtraining. But I am at least used to the vac attachment now so I can use it at normal tension for however long I see fit.

I really don't know if over training truly exists for length work. I'm not saying you're wrong, I just think the only time that over training applies to length work is when it leads to injury or EQ issues. Even then, with EQ issues, you can fix the issue by doing some daily edging.

BTW, why don't you add SSJ into your routine? I am pretty sure it does a decent job pushing along the gains one makes from length work.
