The comfort sleeve that came w/my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] is very comfortable against my pelvis area and the sleeve portion extends inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and beyond the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] so I don't get that awful bite. I can't comment on whatever else is included in the extreme, (maybe the hanger and case?) but even if I got the extreme, I'd mod it w/the VV
