I would definitely recommend people use a heat for a sgnificant amount of time after their work out. Maybe for about an hour. I believe that the heat will keep the penis relaxed and the tissues and ligaments from retratcting because its in this relaxed state, helping to heal much faster and, like for pendulum, possibly cement your gains.
