Sorry I do not post often, but I try to make up for it with content. I have been busy boy doing my routine without missing days. :] Here are some notes.

Schedule
-November is a very busy month for me, I've switched back to the One Day On, One Day Off, schedule. I'll see how it goes this month.

Flaccid
-I'm surprised, but haven't seen too much change in this area. It definitely is thicker, but not much length. Instead it is still that spongy/rubbery consistency. Not really concerned about this, just a note.

Intensity/Soreness
-Said it before and will say it again, do every exercise as intensely as possible! I notice that if I go a couple sessions without feeling sore, I am not going hard enough. So I step it up. My opinion is that I should feel that soreness for at least 6-12 hours post workout. This is good feeling and I look forward to it. Do not mistake this for pain, as that would be bad. This is a good sore feeling.

Clamped Jelqing
-I've experimented with multiple variations of speeds and how many to do. This seems to work best for me. One thing to note is that this entire time, you should have the most intense grip you can maintain.
100 - fast
100 - medium speed
100 - VERY slow
100 - medium speed
100 - fast

Goal
-Short term, by end of 2009, 6.5" EL and 5" EG
-Long term, by mid 2010, 7" EL and 5.5" EG

Sounds to me like your really getting this and that is whats hard for many as it isnt easy to learn all the feelings from Penis Enlargement and the signs when to go more and do less etc.
 
I noticed a few red dots on the shaft today after doing some girth work yesterday. I'm going to be letting this heal up before proceeding. I'm not too worried, there is no pain, and their not super red or anything. Probably just some blood vessels that need to heal up.
 
I have become discouraged. I measured at the end of December and there was no change in length from my original post. I followed the routine religiously through December and have continued into January. Even if my form in stretches wasn't perfect, how could I possibly see no change? I am close to giving up and thinking this is all a sham that after 4 solid months of a routine and llots of my time, I have made no change in length. Any recommendations on exercises to add or subtract is greatly appreciated.

Get your mind away from discouragement and back to motivated. Some guys will need a more intense workout than others, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] stretching is very good with this and adding the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] into the mix will also help. I noticed that there was no measurement for bone-pressed, flaccid-stretched...you may want to check to see if you made gains there....this is the first place it will show up.
 
You need to re-evaluate your mindset and focus on what you want, because no matter how powerful the routine at the moment you wont see anything until that mind becomes less negative and more positive ... once you admit to this, than you can start moving forward.

You guys are absolutely right which is why I did not give up deep down, just frustrated. I cleared my head and began using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words]. All I can say after a week of it, is wow. I'm not sure why I didn't use this from the start. The leverage that can be utilized is pretty amazing. I'm still getting the hang of it and seeing which exercises I feel work for me. I'll be doing what you both suggested and getting all of the measurements, flaccid, erect, bone pressed, etc. Like I said, I'm not giving up, it's just the next wall in the journey. Once I figure it out, I should post up a new length routine and measurements by the end of the month.

On a positive note, here are the girth results made from Sept-Dec 09. All done with the same tape measure.

September 2009
Base - 4.75"
Mid Shaft - 4.5"
Below tip - 4.25"

End of 2009
Base - 5"
Mid Shaft - 5"
Below tip - 4.75"

As you can see when starting I had a bit of a cone going, and one of the primary things I wanted was to even it out. I successfully did that while putting on as much as a half inch of girth but adding to the overall thickness as well. For whatever reason, it didn't seem as visually noticeable to me, but the measurements don't lie. It certainly feels a bit stouter in hand. I'd have to say those gains alone are enough for me to press another 4-6 months to get closer to my length goals.
