Sorry I do not post often, but I try to make up for it with content. I have been busy boy doing my routine without missing days. :] Here are some notes.
Schedule
-November is a very busy month for me, I've switched back to the One Day On, One Day Off, schedule. I'll see how it goes this month.
Flaccid
-I'm surprised, but haven't seen too much change in this area. It definitely is thicker, but not much length. Instead it is still that spongy/rubbery consistency. Not really concerned about this, just a note.
Intensity/Soreness
-Said it before and will say it again, do every exercise as intensely as possible! I notice that if I go a couple sessions without feeling sore, I am not going hard enough. So I step it up. My opinion is that I should feel that soreness for at least 6-12 hours post workout. This is good feeling and I look forward to it. Do not mistake this for pain, as that would be bad. This is a good sore feeling.
Clamped Jelqing
-I've experimented with multiple variations of speeds and how many to do. This seems to work best for me. One thing to note is that this entire time, you should have the most intense grip you can maintain.
100 - fast
100 - medium speed
100 - VERY slow
100 - medium speed
100 - fast
Goal
-Short term, by end of 2009, 6.5" EL and 5" EG
-Long term, by mid 2010, 7" EL and 5.5" EG
