Let me start off with a quick note... I have been in the world of Penis Enlargement since Nov 2008. Now after 10 months, I can say I have gained about .25" in girth and .15" in length. Not say I was not committed, but my lack of a set routine I believe is what restricted me.

Routine Schedule:
Length Day
Off Day
Girth Day
Off Day
(and continue on in the same pattern)

Length Routine:
-warm up
1) DLD Blasters, 15 reps
2) DLD Squat Behind Cheek Rotaries, 15 reps per side
3) Ultimate Penis Enlargement Exercise, 15 reps with each hand
-warm down

Girth Routine:
-warm up
1) Wet Jelq, 10 minutes non stop, varying speeds
2) Horse Squeezes, 10 minutes non stop, segmenting penis into 3 sections
3) Edgeing, 10 minutes
-warm down

Goal:
So many people throw out lots of numbers. I am very involved with exercise and weight lifting. I feel that a measurement is only one way to analyze a result and that may not even be 100% correct. This may seem odd, but I went online to find a dildo of the exact measurements I would like as my goal. I feel not only will this negate any erroneous measurements, but also give me a visual goal to work towards. For those interested, it can be found by clicking here. I feel these are very realistic goals and not too extreme either.

Start (09-01-2009):
EL - 5.85"
EG - 4.75" (in the largest area)

Goal:
EL - 7"
EG - 5.5"

why doesnt anyone let others know what there doing far as kegels go. I never see kegels in the routines of anyone. These are very essential and shouldnt be overlooked.

Well I didn't go into much detail because Redzulu describes everything pretty in depth. But the DLD Blasters and the latter 2 girth exercises require some form of kegels in one way or another. But one should also throw in some kegels during the day as well.
 
Well after one full cycle as I like to call it (2 length days and 2 girth days), here are some early comments and tips I've learned from others in the Penis Enlargement community.

Length Routine: add baby powder to your hands and penis, it makes the grip much easier to sustain
-warm up
1) DLD Blasters, 15 reps spanned out over 10 minutes
2) DLD Squat Behind Cheek Rotaries, 15 reps per side reps is kind of the wrong word, I get much more effect without doing rotaries, just really pulling deep into the stretch. I feel 12 minutes of this is good, pulling for 2 minutes and then switching hands.
3) Ultimate Penis Enlargement Exercise, 15 reps with each hand this is tricky to get right, but I can see why they call it the ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise
-warm down

Girth Routine: add vaseline for lubricant, best thing I've used, stays lubricated for long periods of time. also as suggested in redzulu's thread, get a cock ring for this, it makes everything much more intense
-warm up
1) Edgeing, 10 minutes I try to get at least 5 'pullbacks'
2) Wet Jelq, 10 minutes non stop, varying speeds
3) Horse Squeezes, 10 minutes non stop, segmenting penis into 3 sections I'm not really large enough to segment into 3 sections, but I still manage to get very intense girth feelings from this
-warm down

9-8-2009:

So far for the length exercises, it's going quite well. I have a hard time sustaining the DLD blaster for long periods of time before my grip gives. But this combination of exercises really gives you that soreness deep down.

The girth exercises challenge me a bit. I have a hard time sustaining the proper hardness. 10 minutes of non stop jelqing for me, is more like 15-20 minutes because I have to stop and get it harder again. I feel like when it's too soft, I cannot get as an intense jelq/squeeze/etc. I ordered a cock ring, and it's helping a bit. I've flipped edging to start the routine as it's difficult for me to finish up with it.

Overall, this fairly simple routine is actually pretty intense. I've been doing some intense stretching in a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words][/words] for months prior to beginning this routine, and rarely ever felt sore after. The day after each of these, I certainly feel tender and sore. This is good in my opinion, it means things are happening which weren't before.

Hey dude and welcome to log land :) im on Redzulu's lenght workout, its a really nice workout, and it works!

Some advises you might want for someone who has been through some of the things your going through now.

1. do take measurements of your flaccid stats aswell. and also bone pressured. both erect and flaccid.
first of all, you will most likely gain in flaccid lenght first. iff you see my stats you will see that i gained like 0.2 erect while i ganied more than 1,5 in flaccid.
Next place you will see gains is bone pressured. and then as the last one the gains will come in erect.
Its REALLY motivating to look at my gains in the other categories, and i can almost garantee you that if i hadn't made those measurements i would have given up by now since the only gains i would have was the 0,2 inches in erect lenght.

2. i can only advise you to make a paper model of your penis, especially when you have bought that dildo aswell. i can't remember where i found the thread but its also one of Redzulus ideas. if you put date on them you will be able to see the difference easily by putting them together.

3. for me it is insanely important to make a new post EVERYTIME i do a workout, that way i feel a need to logland of making the workout also when im not really in the mood+ it gives people a possibility to give you advises on your workout. If you look through my log you will see that Redzulu have used alot of energi on giving me advises.

i think that was the basics any questions please ask, and do remember this is not an over night thing, but with dedication your goal is possible!
 
Thanks man. I appreciate the support. I've also looked into your thread and seen your progress. It is really amazing the progress Penis Enlargement is making in here. People are making progress much faster by sharing exercises that work.

I won't post every single day because I will be following the routine. I will post if I notice any issues, deviate from the plan, have any questions, but also will update at least on a weekly basis. As you said it's not overnight, and I'm fully aware. I'm not going 100% by the ruler because I do feel like it fluctuate a lot. That's why I have my model and that's a very easy way to detect changes since that does not change.

One comment, the length routine is great. I really feel it each time. Today was a length day. I like to do length in the morning, so I wake up nice an early to give myself about 30-45 minutes to go through the exercises. And I feel it all day. I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.
 
Sorry for the large gap between updates, but I have not missed a single day. I'm still going with the routine. I have no gains to report yet, other than what I consider some 'swelling' gains. Maybe 1/10th of an inch. I plan to follow this routine without missing a day until the end of the year. That is 4 full months. I'm hoping I can see some kind of gain in 2 months, but we'll see.

One thing I'm beginning to question is the routine schedule. I'm not so thrilled that there are 3 full days between the specific routines. I'm going to follow it since Redzulu specifically gives this schedule. Maybe he can comment on why he choose it.

I'm hoping that 2 months in I can report a break of the 6" mark since I am so close. I intend to up the length intensity as much as possible beginning in October.
 
One full month with no missed days and no gains so far. I'm not really sure how you guys show gains so fast. Should I do the routines twice on their days? Once in the morning and once at night?

Here is an example of my current schedule, doing the routine only once on it's day:
Oct 1 - Length
Oct 2 - Off
Oct 3 - Girth
Oct 4 - Off
Oct 5 - Length
Oct 6 - Off
Oct 7 - Girth
Oct 8 - Off
Oct 9 - Length
Oct 10 - Off
and so one.

No gains to report after 1 month. I will continue through to the end of October following the routine.
 
Sorry I misread the thread and thought you were doing it eachday.
I dont understand fully than why you havent seen any gains in 4 weeks already. How is your flaccid? I would suggest you try than doing the Length & girth on the sameday, doing it one on one off so the rest gap is shorter between them both. It could be because your new to this that you need to do it more often. Also makesure you use HIGH INTENSITY i.e. shit erection quality is no good and weak stretches are useless, you need force and power in this stuff to make it work so dont be scared to push for it.

When you clamp or do girth work makesure you try and engorge that penis so its thicker than it was before and when you stretch try to go further than you did before.

You cant go wrong

Last week I had to miss 1 length and 1 girth day due to some other issues, but that's all I've missed.

Stretching... I stretch pretty hard, or so I believe anyway. To the point where either my hand begins to hurt or the very base of my penis feels like it's going to rip out, lol.

Girth... I make sure it's very engorged to the point where it feels like it's going to explode and/or begins to hurt. The veins and ripples become extremely prominent.

I'm going to measure up this weekend as it's been awhile. One thing I think I am doing wrong is measuring. I have a somewhat prominent curve upward. I've been told this is good thing so I haven't done much to correct. A couple weeks ago I took a seamstress tape measure, and just laid it down the length of my penis from the base without pushing down to the bone. I was shocked to see well over 6" measurement. Whereas normally if I just put a ruler at the base, and measure to tip, it shows 5.8" almost all the time. The only thing I can think of is that the curve is causing an inaccurate measurement, but it's a huge different, basically half an inch.

Girth I have not measured yet, again, will do this weekend.

But to be 100% honest, and this is coming from someone who is very pessimistic about gains, I just look and feel bigger now. It's different, and I don't think it's in my head.

As far as the schedule goes, what do you think of this...
Day 1 - Length
Day 2 - Girth
Day 3 - Off

I was thinking the same as you, maybe I need to do it a bit more often. This eliminates one off day and allows for more work per month.
 
Oh, and to answer your question about flaccid. In a normal state, I'll measure about 4" and haven't really seen this increase. BUT, one thing is I stay at this size WAY more often. Previously to beginning in September, I would get the typical shrinkage effect at times. I noticed it during working out and when it was cold out for obvious reasons. But now, pretty much all the time I stay at my normal length more often, so that's one improvement to note.

I'm really going to try to get as intense as possible now. My one issue with stretching, especially the DLD Blasters, is that my hand gripping the head starts getting pains to the point where my hand has trouble gripping. So I try to alternate grip hands throughout the workout.
 
Sounds like you are makeing gains steadily and this will show up sneakily at first and make you think its in your head or just swelling, it isnt and is the start of the new growth phase.

Its been about 1 month [4 weeks]? so this is all good news. I think the length, girth, off plan sounds good to me.
 
Just a quick check-in

I've done 2 cycles of the new schedules, 2 days on, 1 day off, and I have to say there are very noticeable changes. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the consistency of the penis has changed. It feels denser. A lot of times, it has the same size of the very early stages of erection when you feel like blood is start to fill it, yet I'm totally flaccid. I've also increased the intensity and plan to keep doing so as I'm able to push it further and further.

I'm not giving up! Still going strong with the routine.
 
This is a stage of growth, that spongy feeling as I describe it when your getting erect but your larger than before. Keep doing what your doing and remember not to overtrain and think you must start doing it everyday.

When is it time to measure?

How long has it been, now since you started from day 1 with my routine?
 
I will measure the end of this month. I started official September 1, 2009. End of this month will be 2 months. I feel the first month I was getting used to the exercises and did not go as hard as I could have.
 
Still going with Length day, Girth day, off day cycle. I think I may start to break it up soon though to Length, off, Girth, off as before. Only because lately I've been trying as intensely as possible, and I'll be sore for a bit longer than usual. Flaccid state has noticeable differences in both length and girth.

OK, now I know I owe you an official measurement update.

Start (09-01-2009):
EL - 5.85"
EG - 4.75" (in the largest area)

Update (11-01-2009):
EL - 6"
EG - 4.9" (just a tick under 5")

I'm using the same ruler measurement for the length for the sake of being accurate. But if I use a tape measure for length, I come up with about 6.25" but I have no valid 'start' measurement with that.
