im in a fairly similar situation to you atm (minus the girlfriend). my current program doesnt look much like yours, so it will be interesting to see how they compare a few weeks/ months down the line in terms of gains

You know it's not hard to find a good hanging program. Hanging "whateverthefuckweight" you want is a sure road to injury. I'm sure you're just being silly though and not serious. Google Malehanger. What ima do is continue hanging upper angle but Ima tone it down and increase weight. Ima start back up sometime this week, keeping sets to 12-13 per day or so. Ima let yall know what the deal is.....

i guess i should have said it barely gave him anything as it was only .1'' - .2'' total. of course any gains are good gains but it seemed as though he expected much better gains putting in 20+ sets a day for that long a period of time.
 
What you need is a office job were you sit on your bum behind a computer for 8 hrs a day then you could hang but don't get caught or it would be in the news:cool:

What's most important about that thread is the empirical confirmation that hanging more weight in less time leads to better gains. It makes sense because that is well true cellular tears take place.

I do hang smart. In my previous threads I've detailed my day to day routine and all the trail and error I went through. I hang with three principles: 1) Treat hanging like progressive overload training -- constantly increase volume/intensity of training while keeping in mind fatigue; always, always provide low intensity/volume rest periods regularly 2)Hang frequently -- daily if possible 3)Jelq and Kegel to maintain tissue health while creating growth.

Exactly. Kingsnake wrote a lot about this. There's the period where you keep the tension high, but you spend most of the time with low tension just keeping the tissue extended so that growth happens in that extended state. Makes for drastic changes in the flaccid hang. In my position that just means jelqing at the right time and wearing clothes that are loose around the crotch area.... which can be a pain cause I have pretty big thighs. Uhg. Squats.

I lost EQ after my first days of PE. I believe there are two factors at play. 1) General penile exhaustion - an hour of hanging for the out of shape (in the sens of PE) man can take its tole on his EQ 2) Hormone swings. I'm almost 21 and I'm going through a metabolic shift - where I think my GH and Test levels are spiking and dropping based on my level of activity. For example, this month I've been extremely hungry, making it very easy to eat 4 or 5 meals of 800+ calories a day. As soon as my deload week came around and I reduced my lifting volume and intensity I got acne (which is never bad, bad acne but normally my skin is completely clear). The men in my family are known to grow drastically in height and muscle mass til their mid 20's so I'm looking forward to 4 or 5 more years of slowly getting taller and more muscular.:cool:

I feel your pain with that, what's worse is I'm short with bulky thighs and a big bubble butt from all the squats and deadweight I do. Thanks. I've had to reduce it to jelqing for the time being. I'm about to start a labor job with lots of hours... I'll post as things evolve. Now is the time to be patient. I'll trade the money for the PE for the time being.

Hey, sorry for disappearing. I worked for the duration of the year, saved up a shitload of money and figured out what I wanted to major in at uni. I'm back in school with a lot of free time on my hands. After getting back in lifting shape I've started PE as well.

I've been doing my usual routine for the past 5 days. I wanted to get consistent before posting here, on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], again. I didn't want to show up and drop out again. Personally I can't stand incomplete forum threads when I'm trying to research.

My routine consist of:

Warm up: dry jelqs, kegels, and stretching in all directions for 10 minutes. Afterwards I get settled in my Bib hanger and manual stretch again in all directions for about 5 minutes (roughly 30 seconds for different angles).

Length: Hanging Straight Down 2 sets x 2.5-5lbs x 15-20 minutes

Girth: Wet Jelqs 1 set x 10 minutes

EQ: Dry Jelqs and kegels between hanging sets, kegels throughout hanging sets, kegels while jelqing.

I'll slowly increase the volume as my wanker gets used to being stretched and jelqed and smacked and abused.

I kept having to alternate between weight as 5lbs is still to heavy for me to complete a full set. I'm doing 10 minutes at 2.5 and another 10 at 5lbs. Considering buying microplates​

Alright. So I think I'm finally getting back in shape for PE.

My flaccid stretch was extremely tight - possibly shorter than my erect length. After about a week and a half of PE I'm starting to see that long flaccid stretch return.

I've conditioned myself to handle sessions with 5lbs for at least 3 sets of 20 minutes. I'm working on increasing the total number of sets before I raise the weight. As far as I recall, at my high point of PE I was averaging 4 sets at 7.5 to 10lbs... maybe even 12.5. I want to ride this weight out as long as possible and truly over train my ligs.

I'm sitting in the hanger in a much better position as well. When I started, I had the hanger sitting too close to my base, now I'm doing a better job of setting it up to rest on the shoulders of my glands.

I've come up with a good routine that I think I can follow now that I've gotten an understanding of how PE impacts my schedule. I've determined that on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I can hang for the longest period of time - Friday in particular. On the other 4 days, due to time constraints I'll have to keep it to 2-3 sets. In order to exhaust my ligs further I ought to jelq before and after my sessions. If I make it a habit to get up just 10 or 15 minutes earlier I can get a good jelqing session in at the start of the day, before I shower.

As long as I PE every day and accumulate exhaustion, I'll grow. The day prior to an official measurement will be my only rest day.
 
Flaccid hang and stretch are improving. Setting myself up in the hanger is getting easier and easier.

I'm really feeling the overtraining gains settling in. My flaccid hang is much bigger and looser. At any given time I can stretch my flaccid penis to 6.7 or more in length. I'm waking up with rock hard erections. Hanging just does something to my ligs man... when I get an erection and I've been consistently hanging it feels like my ligs are twice as hard as normal.

I've been masturbating less and taking a zinc pill after I pe every day. That is definitely helping with the flaccid hang.

Also, my girth is up. It's probably a mix of PE and less fapping.
 
Just an update. I've been gone for a while because I have been abstaining from organism. While the adult entertainment habit allowed me to PE indiscriminately, constant orgasms and the effects of adult entertainment were weakening my body and mind. When I reach 60-90 days without organisms/edging/adult entertainment viewing I'll return to PE. Until then, I'm breaking the habit.

On a side note, I am much, much stronger than I was before. I've broken all of my lifting plateaus. I have more energy. I sleep better. I've been meeting lots of women and building relationships with them. It's really improving my personality.

Despite that, I'm starting to believe that it is an innate longing for a man to have a larger package. The more physiology/human-biochemistry I study the more I am begging to believe that in the modern world, we are two, now three generations of men who have stunted penis growth. Due to environmental factors, circumcision, and our feminized society, boys who enter puberty never achieve their full penile size naturally. I have also come to believe that we are supposed to be stronger and more muscular than what is commonly perceived and this too is reduced by the modern world.

As a personal project, I'm going to compile lots of research and write a thesis examining these topics, and in my journey, hopefully I'll discover sound methods of circumnavigating them.

Good to see you back and posting. I am happy you are stronger, you obviously have been doing some training. Writing a thesis on this would be brilliant. How much of the PE part would you include?

I've been looking at the chemical aspects of PE, like how HCG is used to cure micro-penis disorders, or how androgen receptor density and sensitivity effects the penis. Weight lifting and abstaining from orgasms are two well studied methods of increasing androgen receptor density in muscle tissue, leading to harder muscles with greater contractile capacity. Interestingly, the penis also is full of androgen receptors, particularly the foreskin, which is cut off of most of us.

There are a lot of things in the modern world that negatively effect our androgen receptors on a cellular level - particularly fluoride and unnatural amounts of estrogen. I suppose that if hypertrophy of the muscles can increase receptor density in that tissue, it ought to do so in our penile tissue as well.

I'm doing little bits of research here and there, but I have to stay off of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], where there is actually a lot of good info on this, primarily because I could read something or see a picture that triggers me to have a the urge to relapse and relapse is not an option.

Also, as a "training" update, despite not doing any PE I have not lost any size based on my morning wood measurements.
 
The feminization of the society interesting,yeah i believe that teenagers worldwide got a lot aspects missing,and one of them might be a proper development of their male organs...interesting stuff youve written.
