How does this lengthen the penis? It looks to me like it only stretches the skin and and not the penis and gives the appearance that one is uncircumsized

I have both.

This "ventless" version creates a vacuum so that it cannot lift off the glans, but rather it pulls the glans, so it stretches the entire shaft. The vented version lets air in when pulled, so that on lifts off the glans and just pulls the skin.

Hi I'm using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] on it's own without the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. My issue is I ordered the wrong size cause the cone is a little small ( I have a big glans) so I'm worried that if I wear it my glans would shrink or become thinner will it?? Cause everytime I take it off I my glans looks smaller/thinner

I am curious to see how this works with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Are there any pictures or illustrations someone can link me to? Also, does it work sitting down? And do you adjust the tension by putting the leg piece lower down on your leg or is there another way? Because if you adjust tension by lowering the leg piece that you hook onto I feel like once you get past the kneecap with it you would no longer be able to use it without standing. Thanks
