so I started Penis Enlargement probably mid June this summer, I took my first measurements on 21st June:

flacid length: 3.5
flacid girth: 3.5
NBEL: 5.75
Erect Girth: approx 4.5 - cant remember how i measured this,whether i wrapped the string tight so as to press in and NOT count the corpus spongiosum, or loosely to count it -

OK...So I gotta say that I did measure for NPenis EnlargementL at the very start and it was 5.5, so I was really happy to see in just a few days the increase...

Measurments 22nd July

So, today after a month of experimenting and trying to find a routine that could work i measured. Being an obsessive fucking maniac I couldn't agree with myself on how to measure Erect Girth, not being massively horny today, i had to keep stimulating myself into erect state, then as I'm getting the string around my unit, it keeps deflating from 100 erect to maybe 85 / 90%....then Im trying to measure it with a wrist band that i got from a gig the other night, then a piece of thin string, then i go and buy a measuring tape, only to find that because its plastic I cant wrap it tight enought to give me a precise measurement...FUCKING HELL!...I decide to just leave it for now...will measure it either tomorro or the next day with a shoe string, fully erect at thickest part and squeezing in the corpus spongiosum so as not to include that in the girth.....

What i did measure:
NBPenis EnlargementL: 6 inches (increase by 1/2 inch from earliest measurment and 1/4 inch from first offical measurment)
flacid length 3.5 (maybe a millimetre or two beyond that, not enough to count)
Flacid Girth 3.75 (an increase of 14 of an inch - after constantly measuring and re-measuring sometimes getting 4 inches and then getting 3.75, giving it a tight enough measurment i felt that 3.75 was fair also since my cock feels a bit thicker i had to agree with what i saw!)

Days Leading Up to today

Wed 30th of June

* Basic Stretches - no pain - approx 15 mins
* some Jelquing in sets of 8 -10 trying to get the feel right
* some claming with hand - could get blood into area but shaft wouldnt enlarge as much as before
* Clamping with hand side bending and then edging to straighten up [seems like a possible good exercise]
* Jelquing in between
* Clamped tight with hand and bllod engorged at top but base seems hollow, keegel to get more blood in but still base not responding like time before
* Desire to shoot load - I did!
* 100 or so post ejack jelqs

( no morning wood this morning, could get erections but not as rock solid as before)
 
Wed 30th June continued...

no warm up
Tried to focus on engorgement

Did 3 Uli - transitioning them into 100% jelqs (later in the session did maybe 3 sets of 3)
Attempted a few horse squeezes
Better result for the first few
Did manual clamps and squeezing up into top of unit
again didnt seem as powerful as the day before

Drank urine in morning
About 60 -120 mins girth
Ulis, horse squeezes, jelquing inbetween, at the end isolated the mid section of the penis
- After first few horse squeezes its difficult to keep the unit firm while doing them
- need to try clamping behind balls!
 
July 5th
Got really good stretch today, approx 1 hour, with bundled stretches too, behind the legs etc
couldnt get erection very easily and unit seemed to fall down dramatically to the left side - later managed to get erection but still tendency to drop to the left side, jacked off.

left side of groin feels quite sore, nothing too serious or too sore
 
July 6th

approx 45 mins of jelqs in different directions, up and a few to the right, unit still falls to the left, different sensation, head feels possibly bigger, veins seem more pronounced! still lower part feels stringy,
possibly focus on extreme base and keep trying to max tissue into that area
with erection when tight grip near the base still seems really thin! NEED to focus on this!
tried a hand clamp behind balls - they felt real hard and a bit weird afterwards, noticed two red spots on right testicle

Did about an hour of flacid keegles while watching adult entertainment, very good exercise
 
July 9th
Woke up, no ZMA night before, no erection in morning
Some jelqs, then clamping with hand (Ulis)
some horse squeezes, not many - hard to get them all consistently - some red dots - edged hand clamping
seem to fall into the habit of clamping with hand and then pushing upwards to head and not keeping the grip near the base (maybe cause of right testicle)
Got too horny and ejaculated
20 - 40 min session

Sensation at top is gone (???)
 
July 13th
Stretch session, then girth
seem to be able to do more horse squeezes although the later ones seem a little easier or rather less intense - need to work on bring the ring down further towards the base clamping finger

Wow.... You seem to be really pushing it maybe taking a break for 2 weeks then starting up again will allow you jump your growth. I would look towards a basic routine and know that slow and steady will keep you going. I do a ten minute warm up basic stretching in up position in three different directions for 30 to 45 secs, straight out in all three directions for same amount of time, straight down and do rotary stretches 20 cranks and end of each stretching position. I Jelq for 6 minutes to 4 to 5 sec and kegel. squeeze for 20 to 30 secs for 5 reps and flaccid bends for 20 to 30 secs in three directions( bend down, left and right) that is 1 rep and do 5 reps. I Jai stretch before normal stretches and after workout. I do 50 Kegels everyday and do a cool down with luke warm water for 45 to 1 minute. I always need my workout with 2 minutes of masterbating and end with good hard erection and no cuming. That's semi- good advice, but I'm also a fan of letting men do what they want. He says he's after girth, he should do things that will help with that. Flaccid bends...not really convinced they're anymore useful than ''JAI'' stretches. To each their own though.
 
It is hard to know if someone is doing too much as what works for some does not work for others. In my starting times I did Penis Enlargement for up to 8 hours a day with absolutely nothing but growth. I have seen some guys who will go for an hour 3 days a week and make gains. My best advice is to make a routine and stick with it long enough to see what is what. Never be scared to forge your own way and experiment with something new.
