Well, i have started Penis Enlargement seriously today, had a shower as my warm warm up and did 30 minutes worth of streches however i spent most of the time trying to get the grip right although i did get a few good streches, this week will be more conditioning than actually gaining.

My LOT is 10.

I was unable to find the time to do the penis enlargement exercises today however i have decided to set myself some goals which i have now put in my signiture.

Shit I did not see you were in the UK, before bed hit the bathroom and bust out like 10 mins of stretching.
 
Only had time to do a 10 minute strech session before i went to bed last night and a 10 minute jelq session during the afternoon, however even with such a short jelq session, my penis did feel worked for around half an hour.
 
I recommend more realistic goals. Don't get ahead of yourself. I would set one goal at a time. Goodluck with everything. Penis Enlargement WORKS!!

Okay, i joined this forum many years ago (was actually underage at 16 i may as well confess, now 22) and have been a keen follower although living with my parents has meant that i was unable to access the site much and also could not really spend time in the bathroom or bedroom without it being assumed that i had a masturbation addiction. I have moved into university accommodation now and as such will be able to mess around with my penis for as long as i want.

Clamped Horse squeezes
Jelq up shaft as normal and then reverse jelq from top of head to top of shaft holding for 10 seconds.
50 and then up by 50 each week to 450


2b)
DLD blasters
Strech penis when flacid over my wrist or another object.
15 holding for 30 seconds each

The first two i will do for the first two months (until December 1st), after December 1st i will add in the second two.

I will measure every two months on the 1st, so this should at least take me through the next four months at which point if i am gaining i will carry on for another two months (and so forth every two months) until i plateau at which point i will use a more advanced exercise which i will have obviously found out by that time.

My current stats as in my signature are 6.4*5*4.2 (BP*EG*FL) with an eventual aim of 9.6*7.6*7.2 (not bothered about cementing the girth figure, i just want to hit it so my actual will be about 7.2).

Any advice on how long it may take or advice in general, please send it this way.

Your routine looks perfect in my opinion, it is about where I started an I did fabulous.

I actually changed the age thing a while ago so anybody doing the math would have been able to figure it out but as it is 18 in the UK, i was actually not strictly legal for less then 18 months, that said i personally think of Penis Enlargement as more improving your body than adult entertainment and everybody is fine to look up different ways to alter their musculature frame, the penis should not really be any different.

My question is though, if i only do 450 jelqs per session (450 jelqs + 450 squeezes from month 3 onward), is that enough jelqs or should i do more? Also, at what stage do you think i should add in slow squash jelqs, or should i replace another exercise with it? Final question is whether you can think of any other manual length exercises (though i suppose jelqing gives you length anyway as well as girth), or any that would focus on the flacid penis?

100 jelqs

I did some rotary stretches as well however i need to watch a video of them because i could only do 7 rotaries.

I do have a few questions though...

1) Does it matter that i jelqed before streching?

2) Is the ache at the bottom of the penis the morning afterward a good sign?

3) Is the head of the penis supposed to be huge when jelqing?

Only being doing normal jelqs and stretches intermittently though i may have gained about half an inch, not sure as i will not be measuring until December 1st.

Hopefully by effectively doing 1350 jelqs in various forms allied to DLD Blasters and stretches, i should be able to see some amazing gains.
 
Just recorded my BPFL and it is exactly the same as my erect length of 6.4. Not too surprising as Penis Enlargement has been limited thus far.
 
I don't think it's bad to jelq before stretching. I think it's just done the other way around because guys use lubricant to jelq which would make stretches difficult get a good grip.

I dry jelq anyway, pretty good erection quality when i watch adult entertainment.
 
Question regarding the LOT theory.

I know that essentially the higher your LOT, the stronger your ligaments (hence guys with high lots should make good gains with stretching).

My question is, as you gain from stretching, will you LOT lower as i still want my penis to stick out so to speak?

LOT makes little difference when you can change your LOT using Expressive Stretching. The idea is to put the penis in the position to make gains from all directions. If LOT or your exit point prevents you from making certain gains then change your LOT!

I like your progressive, realistic goals. Setting up smaller goals to get to the big goal is the best way to keep motivated and training.

I normally tend to go for big outlandish end goals however when it comes to Penis Enlargement and my body in general i have decided that because of the time frames involved, i should set much smaller targets to go for and give me some kind of treat when i reach them.

Not quite sure what Penis Enlargement related treat i could give myself though.
