1400 jelq routine inc ulis, i was really just trying out a Manuel routine. But it didn't feel intense, just got alot of blood into my penis. I may consider doing this when i want to heal an injury or on rest days.

I got quite abit fluid build up for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s but there so amazing, I'm addicted. My NON - clamped girth after the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s was 5", which is my normal CLAMPenis EnlargementD girth after my workout.
 
also forgot to mention i started trying ADC'ing, im going to do it for an hour after each workout and work up from that. I did one hour after my routine above.
 
Dam ive missed so many workouts, i have a real problem with motivation:/ well i will start up today and KEEP motivated, will post back later.
 
You really just have to get into a certain mindset. My mindset is that if I miss workouts, my gains will be lost. And it is true. So stick with it Punk!
 
Punky you have to look at short term goals. I am not expecting to see significant changes until like 2 months on a routine. So just go for getting that pump, or an increased expansion.
Make your short term goal not to miss any sessions.
Its hard I know. We want a big cock now. Keep journaling, and finding what works for you, and what doesn't.
Also make sure you are performing the exercises right. If you are, then YOU WILL GROW. Give yourself 2 months, and then gauge whether or not its working. Peace!
 
Thanks for the help guys. I do make short term goals but i just don't post them, for example my goal now is to be 6.5" x 4.9"ish by Christmas. I think the main problem is finding a length routine i like. I mean i love doing girth routines. Today i tried doing 15 min's of 110's but it kills by hands to much, even though i love them...so heres what I'm going to try on Wensday.

5 min's pulse 110's squat stretches
5 min's general stretching
5 min's pulse 110's squat stretches
10 min's clamped erect bends, GS twists and U bends
500 or so jelqs

I will give it a try and see anyway :D

After reading many GA solders threads, i have decided to try some more Manuel routines (girth wise). Today i tried DLD's Girth Busters, with a slight change....
DRY PART
Dry DLD Dual Jelqs, ten 6 second Jelqs
Isolated Compression Squeezes 30'sec squeeze
X 10 sets.

Then go directly into

WET PART
Set 1: 100 85% wet Jelqs
30 Second DLD Bend
x 4 sets

My pump is the same as what i get after my clamp work, but with these i feel there is absolutely no or VERY little fluid build up. I'm going to try these for a week or so and see how they go, maybe alter them slightly.

I personally like manual routines better, but then again, I can't clamp yet without major pain. . .
 
Just find a good medium of both.

I believe that manual routines will get you the quickest gains, but probably with the most work involved.

Manual exercises seem to also be able to even out increases thatyou may have (girth on one side of shaft more than other side).

Keep up the hard work and dont forget those important rest days. I need to maybe consider getting a clamp now that I have been a GA soldier officially now for 10 days....we'll see.

Well so far things are going alright, afew problems have arisen for example...... My length routine still needs work which i will work on over the next week. The next is a problem i have noticed quite abit now, my erection quality is slightly decreasing. Today has been the first day though i could only get semi erect after masturbating to adult entertainment for around 15 min's. I'm not sure if i need to tone my girth work down or what, but i took today off and will do a slight jelq and a penis massarge before i go to bed.
As for routines....

20/9/04
5 min's squat 110's
5 min's normal stretches
2 min's squat 110's
10 min U bends and GS twists

21/9/04
200 light jelqs
penis massarge

I feel my erect stretching didn't do too much for me and my hands and glands hurt too much if i do alot of 110's so I'm going to try and do more normal stretching and see how that goes. As for measuring, i will measure EL on the 7th Nov and girth maybe 2 weeks after.

Have you been doing your kegel exercises? Those will help. Wet jelqs will also help your circulation/erection. You may want to either try light jelqing on your "off" days or just do wet jelqs in place of your other exercises for about a week. I personally find that clamping can make erections difficult for a while - but that is supposedly a newbie reaction, according to RED. In any event, I'd stay away from clamping and try wet jelqs for a while. After all, wet jelqs are supposed to increase both girth and length.

lol, yeah....that always helps me thats for sure.

For erection problems, do what was said above...do more kegels and try to do hot/cold alternations in the shower, and/or hot compresses.
 
Guy, I have to go with HOOSYODADDI on this one - wet jelqing and a LIGHT kegel routine will have your erections so hard they hurt. This isn't a race, get your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] up to speed, hit it hard and smart, and if your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] starts to fade again revert back to the wet jelqs.
 
i dono why but i just hate kegels ;P i get head aches from them.... now where am i going there...

what I wanted to say was is give it a try and tell us how its going. ;)
