I think you will like the 7 on 0 off routine a lot. It will make it become more a part of your daily life and easier to stick with.

Have you been doing your kegel exercises? Those will help. Wet jelqs will also help your circulation/erection. You may want to either try light jelqing on your "off" days or just do wet jelqs in place of your other exercises for about a week. I personally find that clamping can make erections difficult for a while - but that is supposedly a newbie reaction, according to RED. In any event, I'd stay away from clamping and try wet jelqs for a while. After all, wet jelqs are supposed to increase both girth and length.pUNKY said:my erection quality is slightly decreasing
