Ive finally restarted Penis Enlargement and to keep a long story short heres my routine....

Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Pulse 110 Squat stretches : 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Pulse 110 Squat stretches : 30-seconds

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Pulse 110 Squat stretches : 30-seconds

May change girth and length days around depending on the results, i am mainly after girth but length is VERY much welcome. I have tried to include some for of girth exercise everday.

Starting stats - EL 6.25" x EG 4.75

Aim (after 1 month) EL 6.5" x 4.8-9"

im hoping so, im just sorting out my grip at the mo, so any routines im not posting till i feel ive got it fixed. So my measuring date is yet to be decided.
 
Punky.... looks good, ill also do this routine, that way in 1 month we can see our gains and compare them.

I am in need of another .25" in legth, and would also like .25 in girth, ... 1 month should be adequate time.

Post back with your thoughts if you want to keep tabs on our progress.
 
With that routine your one month goal is definitely achievable. I have never advocated on-off days for girth but some folks swear by them. As long as you are consisent and work those girth days hard I think you will come along nicely. Good luck to you.
 
Alloy yea i understand what your saying, but at the moment i want a smallish routine to get me back into Penis Enlargement. My fear is that if i devise some master routine that takes over 1hr then i will become less motivated and consistent. Ive tried by doing at LEAST some girth nearly every day.

The Bugz i would be happy for us to train and compair gains if your still up for it, however I'm changing my routine ever so slightly to help me in the 'Girth attack' competition.

my Routine is ........

tues, sat, sun - 2 x 15 min clamped sessions, 10 - 15 Min's basic stretching.

Both routines inc around 30 Min's girth work, which is my main aim.

Measuring day - 1 November
 
Wahey, finally started last night. Took me about 1h30 to do DLD'd [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] because of my grip but I'm finally getting the hang of it. I have to say though that i felt, well how do i say it....worked is probably the word. Ever since i started Penis Enlargement I've grabbed the skin and just felt skin burn, but now i get a weird feeling in the inner penis.... not sore but just tired like. I did feel abit of soreness as the base too:D But anyway yea it feels nice to started again, good gains are going to come i can feel it.

Just finished my girth workout, went like this
15 min's x clamped session inc uli's
15 min's x clamped session inc uli's and horse 440's
Finished off with a mini supra slammer
500 wet jelqs

The routines above are more of a guideline, I'm just going to do mostly what i feel like at the time, so i don't get as bored.

Did a nice 1h girth session today, got around a .25"EG clamped increase and .15" non clamped. Im fairly happy with that becuase it was hard for me to get a erection at the end of my routine so my non clamped EG may have been higher. Anyway heres my routine.....


100 - erect jelqs
15 min clamped session inc ulis
100 - erect jelqs
15 min clamped session inc ulis and horses
300 - semi erect wet jelqs
1 mini supra slammer
 
Nice set man, your gains are going to explode with that girth routine. I find it hard to do intense holds and jelqing in the same set, or even the same day because my CCs get really sore and jelqing hurts, and erections are also hard to keep. Anyhow, keep up the good work Soldier.

Didn't finish yesterdays routine till late so I'm posting it now.

After reading the forums i decided to try DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words], it worked very well and after doing 10 min's of them constricted i got to 5.10" clamped girth which is my BEST yet and i only did 10 min's. However half way info my second clamped session i was interrupted and i started to get fluid build up so i picked it up 2 hours later after the build up had died down. Heres what it looked like.....

100 erect jelqs
10 min's constricted [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]
7 min's clamped work inc ulis

Break

Stopped Penis Enlargement for 3 days for a number of reasons, one being my mum having to go to hospital and stay there for afew days so I'm there late evenings and with college etc I'm short on time. If I'm fair Ive been lazy too. One problem i have found is that whenever its my length day i loose my motivation and just don't look forward to it, so I'm gonna change it slightly just for now. Im going to do more girthwork for now, for a number of reasons... 1. I need more girth 2. To help meet my girth attack aims 3. Becuase i enjoy doing them. This way hopefully i will become more consistent.

here it is.......

Length days i will do
5Min's normal stretches
15Min's 110 downward stretches
10-20 Min's girth work.

On a final note because i have missed some days of Penis Enlargement, I'm going to do a 7 on 0 off routine for afew weeks and maybe postpone my measuring day.

Good luck on getting back up to speed with your Penis Enlargement too. Wet jelqs might help you get more motivated. They seem to increase circulation and will probably give you more erections. Erections for me = motivation to Penis Enlargement. Whenever I get a good erection, the first thing I think is,(looking at penis)"Oh! So you're ready for some more abuse are you?"

Thanks for the concern, but shes back home now which means i can re-start Penis Enlargement today. I'm going to take your advise as well, I'm going to do Manuel girth exercises on my length days which will be mainly jelq based. Anyway thanks for the support, I'm really grateful of the support people give. Hopefully speak to you all tonight.
 
I agree about doing a routine that you will stick with, instead of some huge master plan that you will run away from in 2 days. Sounds like you are on track. Keep up the good work.
