Ahh. Took the two short bars off and added extra padding.I was getting some irritation right below my glans from having to stretch it into position. Now I'm able to wrap a little further from the glans and it's wayyy more comfortable. Going on an hour at a higher tension and length than with the two short bars and all I feel is a nice stretch on the ligs at the base. This is definitely how it's meant to be worn. Started using NBFSL for easier measuring and I was around 5.75 NBFSL.

Maybe my lack of penis stretch will lead to quicker gains? I'm assuming that means my ligs are pretty tight, might take better to extending. We shall see.

I agree on every point you made. I use hanging for my "manuals" and usually get in at least one hour a day. When I'm at work or just tired of hanging I extend. Honestly I use the DMSO/PABA very sporadically so I can't really give an informed opinion on it either way. I've been meaning to apply it more but it takes like 45 mins from start to finish with application and I'm impatient.
 
Don't hang standing up. It's like one of the hardest angles to gain from. I hung standing up every day for well over a month, weights straight down and I gained nothing. Your time is better served doing all your sets BTC. That hits the ligs which are easiest to deform. And when I say easiest, I mean least fucking excruciating, time consuming pain in the ass. No ligs are easy to deform.
