300 jelqs

No kegels today. I'm working on a new kegel routine, and I'll probably start next week. Five more days till I measure!!

some lazy ass stretches while I was messing around on the computer

I've been training every day for 26 days, and I'm really stoked to measure this Wednesday. I'm not expecting to gain much, but I kind of have my hopes set on 1/8" in BPFS. Then it will be time to reevalute my routine, ramp it up, and start working again.
 
Yo Dorsay, Resiflexes are basically kegels using your hand for resistance. Here's the thread on them:

I'm also doing some lazy ass stretches, so I'll update when I finish. I'm really proud of myself for training today. I had a really hard day at work and a killer workout. I was exhausted when I got home, but I still managed to get my penis training in! T minus 2 days till I measure!
 
Measured my morning wood and the results are in:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.875"
EG: 5.875"


So a good gain in length, but nothing in girth. That is more than I expected though! I'm pumped! Other measurements and maybe a picture to come.

1 hour 15 minutes lazy ass stretch

Not much today, but I don't want to break the chain. Still excited about my length gain! Once my kung fu iron ring arrives, I'll be doing my v-stretches shaolin style!

So I finally missed a day. I was just insanely tired and couldn't think of anything but sleep. I'm back on track now, and I'm going to start my new routine today! It's super intense.

It happens and if your body is telling you to rest you should listen.

So I started doing SSJs. They are really cool, I can see why people like them. I also think it's the perfect lead-in to jelqing. More to come.
