hey Guys! Just got ready for my girth session and i noticed that i was bigger than three weeks ago when i took the previous pictures and increased the intensity of the girth sessions!
I don't know if these are supposed to be new gains that i need to cement it..I feel bad that i took out the tape measure though...maybe it will create confusion if i loose these gains..

I had to wait three months before i measure again but it felt bigger so i could not resist..Probably you know how it feels.
So the following are two pics before my girth session so no temporary girth gains here because of the session and infact i am not even fully hard as it took me
30 seconds to take the picture and keep my hands steady to the measuring tape. I was trying to kegel but it was not a raging hard on or anything. So these pics are conservative the least
and does not represent a fully engorged measurement.(you know how this works as you have taken casually many measuring pics yourselves.)

So all in all, at the head i was about the same as before at around 5.3" girth maybe this time. At the end of the shaft a bit lower than the mid i was a clear 7" and probably more than 7" if i had a huge hard on. Now, usually at this part i am around 6.5" on a fully hard on and 6.75" on full hard on after a girth workout. But i have never been 7" on a casual hard on there!

So maybe this is new indication of gains or whatsover. Moreover, my base was over 8.4" today. I can't wait to start my girth session now before my misses comes back home.

Hello again, its been a while since i posted.
My routine has changed over the past two weeks.

Now for length it is

2)2 hours heavy duty static stretcher at my BPEL on average.
-Length work everyday..or to be more realistic 6 on..1 off..

Girth work
1)10-15 minutes edging with a metallic cockring..and a clamp a bit above...lots of kegels.
2)remove clamp..and then throw some fast wet jelqs (around 500) at 80-90 erection quality with a cockring on, but not the clamp..
5 times a week for sure...

Will follow this routine for the next two months..then measure and if i dont see any growth at all i will increase the sets of the clamping from 1 to 2 sets after i take a break of two weeks...
I have never tried serious clamping or whatever... i think it can give me a 0.25-0.3" girth gain overall...Then i guess the next option would be the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] while clamped!! hahaha

Haha i never realised i was doing any serious PE to be honest as i was not doing any length work for years... I just liked to wear my cockring and have many erections everyday for many years!!

Just to give an update and a change I made recently in my routine.

girth work
2)Warm up with fast jelqs at 80% erection about 300 fast jelqs.
2) Clamping about 30 minutes....2 sessions of 15 minutes with some edging while watching adult entertainment.
3) Then warm down with 200 fast jelqs ...i feel fatigue sometimes after this.
4) Then stay with a nice sausage in my cockring for the next two hours until i hit the heavy duty for one hour intense stretching.

Midshaft I think i have gained so far at around 0.2" girth upper shaft and 0.35" lower shaft and 0.4" base...

Also, i get incredible expansion during the clamping so my sessions are more effective. I would like to know other members opinion on that one.

My idea would be not to masturbate alone or whatever but only enjoy sex... besides with all this clamping and having sex with a cockring i can go for a good 15 minute sex session without cumming even if I havent had an orgasm for two weeks.. Also I feel more focused my brain is clear and I think faster and I am more energeting in general..

I think you've finally found a real boon to your body's response: controlling frequency of ejaculation allows for improved EQ and so improved pressure & bloodflow in your PE sessions. This is critical.
Watch that girth come at a significantly improved rate, as long as you, keep it up (pun intended) : )
It should max your probability of gaining length too as I feel there is a connection between gaining penis mass and potential length gain.

I have been serious for the past 5 months with PE. Not many days off in general (like 15-20 in total). I clamp for half an hour every second day and do 300 erect jelqs every day
for girth plus wearing my cocking afterwards for 2-3 hours. Stretching with the heavy duty 3 hours a day and 6 hours a day with the medium duty static stretcher.

I think I have seen an overall increase of about 0.5" in my NBPEL (I lost some weight as well and now hitting normally 7.5" BPEL and 6.75" NBPEL with a medium erection.
Girthwise I have increased for head to base at about 0.25" and somethimes maybe a bit more at 0.35". I think my base girth now is normally around 8.75"-9.0" girth.

I will take an official measurement in 30 days by the end of June. Hopefully what I state above will be cemented. :)
 
Surely inspirational story, but the OP is clearly wearing a cock ring in the pics. Not sure why he covers it up. The classic road cone fluid shaped build up in front of the pubic pad is an indicator of wearing a cock ring. Unless he's trying to claim the fluid swollen girth as part of his measured erect girth.

Sure I wear a cockring. I never noticed that it can not been seen in the pictures. However, this is not fluid build up. Maybe there is a slight pump at the base of about 0.25" around because this is a before girth session pic. Mostly, is just additional extra skin I have in the pubic area over the years of wearing a cockring. I guess the only way to proove is to actually upload a pic with fluid build up but I rarely get those.

That would prove it to the Brotherhood but I see no reason for you to have to prove it to anyone but yourself.

Without a cockring without a hard kegel I guess it hits 7.75" at the vicinity of the base. It is just that I never take it off. Last time I measured without one was yearsss ago. It has become part
of my life since 2006-2007 and probably that caused a steady slow
increase over the years. So yes indeed 1" probably comes from extra skin there and some swelling. But still I do believe I had an increase of over 2.25" girth in that particular area.
