An update of my progress. I lost a bit of weight. I believe I have gained approximately 0.25" clear length in BPEL with my routine since january and 0.2" on average girth.
It really came pretty fast to be honest. I decided to drop a bit the girth work as I do believe that I will keep gaining slowly in the upcoming years, (even 0.05" per year gain in girth is great at this point). I will focus on the stretching now and bring my physique a bit up. I also lost 6 kg in general which brought my nbpel up a bit!!!! Need to loose some more!!!
I will keep the current routine for the next two weeks and then I will slow down a bit.
