Going off on those squat stretches, eh?! How's everything going for you? Good, I hope, I'm just now getting back into manual exercises, so I'll be doing plenty of those as well!

Hey its electric,
Things are going great, so far the workouts are going good and im not skipping any. As far as the squat stretch, its great i love it to bits. Because i carnt do A-stretchs i feel there the next best thing for intensity.

I can't really do A-Stretches with my wrist, so I use the back of a chair or a mechanical tooth brush (just what i had lying around and didn't need to use it again), works pretty well. I still love the squat stretches though! :D

Seems im losing my marbles, the last three workouts ive done and said i have done 500 wet jelqs well i ment 250.:P

Anyway im gonna measure my girth and stretched flaccid length later today so i can enter the comp.

Yesterdays routine was normal.....

Half way through the month and i have kept from measuring EL + EG, my flaccid hang i had a quick measure off and its lookin good but im not taking any offical measurments yet.

So far i have had 11/15 workouts and i feel that its going great, im hoping for nice results this month.
