I was going to do a third hang session but my skin started to hurt, i will start to put some moisturiser on it and try and do another 20Min's tomorrow.

p.s I'm working 7 on, but just taking a day off if i feel i need it.

Im not sure how or what Fulcrum hanging is, please can you explain it to me then i will give it a try. After i finish hanging my penis looks abit sore ( red along most my shaft), hangs about half an inch lower than normal. If this is not what you mein then can explain in more detail please? Sorry bout all this red but i only know the basics of hanging.

gonna miss hanging today and do some A streches. i will try and do 20/30mins. My flaccid hang looks to be improving with this hanging lark, but i will measure on the date set.
 
Havnt done any NPenis Enlargement or hanging for 2 days:( some of the reason was because my skin was gettin really dry and pealing off but there was no need to take two days off. To stop this happening again i will use some moisteriser with added vitamin E along with a thicker wrap.


P.S i am hanging again as we speak and will post my routine later.

aint Penis Enlargemented since thursday as i was at a friends friday and went paintballing saterday. Well enough of the excuses today i will try and get some manual streching in and hanging. Also i was watching some adult entertainment yesterday and my dick looked quite abit bigger, not in girth but EL. I was quite shocked, but it seems my hanging might be working. Anyway i didnt measure because i want to wait till my measuring day. will post my routine later.

Also ive planned out my life long Penis Enlargement plan....

1. Just hanging/streching till i get to 7"bp (the odd girth routine)

2.Increase girth to 6" (the odd hanging/streching routine)

3.Increase length to 8"bp (the odd girth routine)

4. Increase head size to i feel happy with it.

5. do any "tuning" on my dick e.g making my dick have the 'bar' down the middle

another GREAT routine, maybe not as good as last night but good non the less should see some good gains if i keep goin like this. I went to the options and started a contact lense trial so i got the day of college:cool: this ment i had more free time. Well anyway heres my routine.....

Took wensday off as my dick was quite saw from the days before, but also took today off cus of lazyness:( . But i know this isnt the attitude i want if im to acheive my gains, so im going to set out a routine for me to do over Friday,Saterday and Sunday. Here it is....

i got a slight ingury but im alright now so im hammer it today.
 
Brought some more 1lbs weights. Going to only move up to 6lbs as i tried it for abit and its a good stretch. Also found out my lot which is at 8:30 so il do a mix of lig and tuncia work. Will post routine later.
