I've been doing pe for about 8 months, and I've switched my routine a bit:

A.M. 5 minute warm-up
600 wet jelqs
50 kegels and 5 minute warm-down

P.M. 5 minute warm-up
1-20 minute set of hanging@10 lbs. to warm up ligs prior to stretching
DLD's phase 1 (or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words])

What do you guys think? I know this process takes time, so I'm prepared to stick with it quite a while.
 
I know I started Dld's phase 1 on May 7, but I've been practicing pe since July 2004 with no length gains. Does anybody think I should take an extended break, so I come back like a newbie, or just hit pe harder?
 
I don't know man, your approach sounds pretty good, and your stats are about what my beginning stats were as well. I have been gaining like a mother-fucker on this phase 1. Are you feeling the stretches deep into your ligs? Use a little bit of baby powder (not too much or you will dry out severely) to help get a better tug. See how that works.
 
I like how you're jelqing the mornings because erections are sooooo easy then so girth should come along nicely.

Your evening is good too but I just feel like you can do all of the manual stretching while in bed watching tv for one to two hours with no problems. The reason I say this is because you've been going at it for 8 months and your cock should be conditioned to plenty of exercises.

If you could hang longer then do Phase I while in bed your date card would fill pretty fast I'm thinking.

I'm being thoughtless again. Your schedule and personal preferences my differ from my opinions so I apologize ahead of time.
 
Guys, after my break resumed on June 20, about 5 1/2 weeks of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], I moved up to 700 jelqs in the am, and I workout with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and throw in a couple exersizes from phase2, I got the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] idea from Kooky. I use latex gloves to stretch, I find you don't lose your grip that way.
 
Well after my week-long break from pe ended on June 20, I started a new routine. I stretch everyday, and jelq 6 days a week with 1 off from jelqing. I will measure again on December 20, so it is exactly 6 months on this routine. I hope to see some gains. Here is my new workout (I coppied some from Kooky's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Pa[/words] workout):

A.M. 5 minute warm-up
500 wet jelqs
5-10 minute warm-down

P.M. 5 minute warm-up

Due to me being pretty lazy, I have modified my routine again. Here it is:
A.M. 5 minute warm-up
1 hour of wet jelqing
5 minute warm-down
P.M. 3-5 minute warm-up
1 hour of wearing the PM with modified head attachment
3-5 minute warm-down

I was working out with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], but again I'm real lazy, and really enjoy multi-tasking. So I'll see how this routine works out.
 
Well guys, I got impatient with wearing the pm, and I couldn't wear it at work for that matter, and only in the privacy of my room. Not to mention, even wearing it at the max tension setting, it's only like 3lbs! For the last week or so, I've been stretching with the Bib Starter. It's basically the sameas hanging weights, except that it'snot as cumbersome and for the con, you don't know how much pressure, it is exerting.
 
Well guys, as for now I just hang. I found a comfortable way to hang BTC. I have a barstool, in which I place a pillow under my ass, and behind my back. My feet rest on my computer desk. I am currently hanging 5lbs. About 5-7 sets a day.
 
I am taking a month break from vigorous jelqing, to let my shaft heal. IMO,it was from the hanging. I have a clear bubble on it that turns purple after I jelq. On my offdays it seems to be healing, but jelqing just re-aggrevates it. I hope it only takes a few weeks to heal, as I really love jelqing. I will still do some occasional light stretching, or maybe look into an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words].
 
I'm thinking your dick should be pretty conditionned to jelqs right about now. Do you do anything else for girth? Have you had any gains since starting your program? If not, then you need to switch things up.

Ok, I was in the max-vac tournament before, but I got a blister, and it is still healing. Although I think max-vacing is beneficial, I believe that you get out of pe exactly what you put in. That's why when my blister (which I have had for almost 2 weeks) heals, I am going to do manual. Hey man. Stretching normally wouldn't effect my glans, but I was just getting over a blood blister from vacuum hanging, that's basically why. And after a session, my head does feel a little sore, I think its cause I stretch like a mother fucker though. I pull so hard I'm literally in a pile of sweat after my workout!

Yea this season of Smallville looks promising. The only thing I'm kinda dissapointed in is that the writer's copped-out by not hiring someone else (Like Terrance Stamp) to play Zod, they had him posess Lex's body, I'm assuming to save money. I don't know much about Green Arrow, but I'm glad Clark got his superbreath.

But I am gonna bust my balls till September 1, 2007 to see any gain I can. If nothing, I will quit pe and get on with my life.

With this routine I can almost gaurantee that I will gain, if I stick with it. I don't plan on taking any days off, but that's up for debate.

I don't have a Bib anymore cause I moved and had to get rid of all my non essential pe stuff. I tried hanging with the max-vac. I enjoyed it, and probably could gain from it with enough use, but 2 weeks in I got a little carried away with it and got a blister. I have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], but I could never get into the whole manual stretching thing. I seem to have a low attention span or something, as I have hardly ever stuck with a routine long enough to gain from it. I'm sure if I seen even a miniscule gain from hanging or manual I'd stick with it. But in the past I had luck with jelqing, so thanks anyway, But I think I'll stick to girth.
 
I'm updating my routine that I have been doing for 2 weeks as of now. I can tell my penis needs a day off to recover, as my morning woods aren't as common now nor as hard as they were. So that's the main reason I'm modifying my routine. I'm throwing in footlong stretches for the length portion.

Mon, Wed, Fri: 20 minutes clamping immediately followed by 20 minutes power jelqing.

Every night: 25 footlong stretches

I had no luck with any manual stretches, but the footlong is by far the most intense stretch I have ever felt. I will keep this routine up all summer to see how it goes. Wish me luck.

If anyone is even bothering to read this I am taking a week or 2 decon break. After beating the piss out of my penis for 3 years, I think I owe it to the little fella. It is definetly 1 week, but I might stretch it to 2, I'll see how it goes. Afterwards, I'll continue doing 30 or so minutes of the clamped jelqs SWM was talking about. They seemed to work for me.
 
Just thought that I should post in on my progress, since I haven't updated in some time. I really don't have a set "routine" anymore, as I'm busy working and writing my book that I intend on getting published. Basically, every other day I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s for about 20 minutes or so. Haven't measured in a while.

How is the book progressing?

How are you coping with the diabetes? I'm on a new med and with strict diet, 3 oz. of food every three hours, I'm getting a normal reading--around 100. I'm happy as a pig in shit.

Hey 11 x 7, the diabetes is going great; even though I must take 4 shots daily, but my numbers are almost always excellent.

Opposed to Pe, I think I'm seeing slow results now with clamping and isolated compression squeezes. Sometimes I switch it up and throw in SSJs, but I haven't done a normal jelq in quite a while.

My book is finished, but I have elected to get it published through subsidary publishing (pay to publish) just to get my foot in the door, as even if your work is really good, most publishers won't even look at the entire manuscript of an unknown author.

I've tried just about everything for length, hanging, manual stretching with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], penismaster [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with no luck. Right now, with the mindset that I'm pretty much stuck at my length, I'm not really dissapointed. 6 inches is not too bad. Last time I measured it it said 6 1/8, but that was probably a fluke. I'm sure I didn't gain any length at all. I've been somewhat succesfull in the girth department. Well look at it this way ,that 4 years of hard work is all behind you now and you are .5 girthier and 1/8th of a inch longer today. :)

In my opinion it's better then nothing. Maybe this year will be your best year for growth all around.

I've decided to fall back on what has worked for me in the past, being it's going to be a new year and all. I want a fresh new start. I'm going to just be using my jelq device from now until the end of 08. This is really getting frustrating not seeing any gains and putting in all this work.
 
Well I'm working on a new novel now as I just got an excellent idea; so pe is taking a back set. Anyway, I plan on taking a break for a while, at least until I finish this novel, then we'll see how it plays out.

Thanks fedora. I was thinking [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] earlier, but I don't know anymore. I mean, I haven't really been sucessfull in the length department and I've tried [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], hangers, manuals. I think instead of throwing the dinero into an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], I'll just play by ear and sit on my cash cow and wait till a revolutionary [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] comes along; as I'm not ashamed of my current length- it's already slightly above average. If my eyes are not playing tricks on me, I could swear my Johnson is a little thicker, not to mention heavier, since starting the manual girthwork. But I'm keeping myself from measuring until I see noticable gains.

Congrats on the gains man! What you are suggesting sounds plausible, but aside from the occasional ICS, which I swear I’m seeing gains by the way, I’m pretty much finished with trying to go for an anaconda. You see, I don’t mean to burden you or seem like a charity case, but Diabetes is only a secondary illness, I have a much deadlier one, and when I was born the doctors told my parents that I would not live to see my teens. Well here I am at 28. I have been written off before and I realize that life is too short; you set your sights on exactly what you want and focus in. That’s why taking a year off is like rolling the dice to me, I’m staring death in the face everyday, I might not be here a year from now to embark on this journey.

But aside from all this, I just know I’m seeing gains with the isolated compression squeezes that I’m doing. All’s that I do is about 30 min of them every other day or whenever my dick tells me its ready for a workout.

Thats it, 20 mins jelg and 8 mins. stretching. I warmup 10 mins with a warm rice sock.

I know there may be a health issue, and to me that would be even a bigger reason to cut way back.

I agree. I use to do p.e 5 days a week two vigorous sessions a day,and all I got was a injury,and had to take 8 days off. ( I did gain,but with the injury and taking days off , i lost the gains)

Now I just do a warm up 150 jelqs and a 5-10 long uli holds and a warm down every two days.' takes me 30 minutes tops.

If it takes me a year or so to reach my goal and cement my gains then oh well.It's worth it. Slow and steady rather then dealing with a injury or a routine that asks for a lot of my time.

P.s my gains came back after a few sessions,and I'm still growing!


Every man is different what works one might not work for the other. So I'm not bashing routines or whatever.

Nice post. I tend to lean in your direction as you can see from my post. I'd like to see him grow well and thought maybe the lesser program would help this. But I understand the health issues and somewhat understand his all out approach. So all the power to him.
