It should not be painful, it should feel like a great deal of pressure. Soreness is also expected after a good session throughout the penis.

Squeezes and Compression definitely goes both ways, it will of course help with girth but the penis, when expansing, also expands in all directions so length is also effected.

They should be so simple and effective. Cover your hands with baby powder and stretch just below the head. You will not experience any real feelings as you do with a regular stretch, it is more subtle but rest assured, you are doing a very important exercise, one that converts FSL to BPL.
 
Oh yea girth is definitely important. In my case i find that girth comes as a result of warm ups and jelqing. Im almost 10in and a paper towel tube is too way to small fit over the top, but my g.f. seems to be more impressed with the thickness than lenth.

Many go that route. I went the other way and I am not so sure if I would have gained faster if I had gone exclusively length and girth. When I first started I was really only concerned with length until I realized how important girth was to women, this is when I went into overdrive on girth.

Very true about the body going into atrophy. This is the major reason why penis health maintenance is very important. Even when you get to your dream size, maintenance routine needs to be done at least once in a week
