I am happy to announce that this morning I made it to 25% of goal size. And I have made it in a month and a half. However my goals are modest I think and it isn't too difficult

I posted before about my tracking and since I have reached my short term goal I have decided to go ahead and start posting a progress log.

I posted my routine before as:
-Sitting with electric heat pad for 5-10 minutes
-Set of stretches outline in DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] 3x
-heat pad again
-Light hanging
-Heat pad again for 5 mins
-Then to do 6x6min in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (I adjust rest based on how it looks and feels coming out, and I have been using an anti-bruise gel when it comes out bruised, helps in the next set)
- heat pad again 5 mins
- I then do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words]'s Strapping method (varying time depending on the day. I managed to find a wrap combo that wouldn't cut off blood circulation but still hold the length out)
- About 10-12 hours after doing the first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session I do 2x10mins with a larger break in the middle, all depends on how I am feeling coming out)
- heat pad again 5 mins
- sometimes do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jim[/words] strapping method again until bed.

In reality I alternate between doing 6x6 & 2x10 in the morning and evening. Some times it just feels better.

Last night on the 6x6 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I got to my highest pressure yet, 195mm (in the last 6min set). There was however some serious fluid retention (first time) that freaked me out a little, but I did what I was supposed to..Additionally I have after my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session gone straight to a cock ring to keep the pump. It is just crazy seeing it all pumped like that for that kind of time. It really makes you look forward to the gains when you can physically see and feel what you will be. It is great!

So My short term goal ( or 25% of my "final" goal") was:
BPenis EnlargementL: 187.1mm
Avg. EG: 130.5mm

I have been using Millimeters so I can track changes better. I posted before that I have been charting all of the changes via an excel spreadsheet, as well as attempting to project future changes based on the progress made so far (could be inaccurate but I adjust with each measurement) I didnt take my first gain measurement until a month after starting Penis Enlargement since I figured that initially there would not be much growth while adjusting, since then I have measured once a week. Below is that chart, or at least part of it.

On other sheets in this excel workbook I also have my "Log Comments" and a "Post- [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Pump Measurement" which I use to track any changes in overall expansion capability I guess. There is a little ego in it as well. haha.

I hope to realize the projected gains and meet my "final" goal and maybe go after my "pipe dream". I am looking forward to the AWESOME progress!!

Also note some of the colored boxes are left from old projections and do not actually reflect the point measure day I expect to reach the goal.

What can anyone say that would be enough? WOW is what comes to mind for me, you have made a big jump in belief, a massive increase in confidence and a motivation that is now driven by pure, real, measurable gains! I am proud of you and hope to see you help others in the way you have helped yourself. Your charting I adore, I am a precious metals collector and it reminds me of the market.

I was formerly an economics student, everything in economics is generally shown through graphical models. The visual charting is just the natural way for me to do things. It also makes it much easier to see exactly what has been gained. Apart from looking down rofl.

For me as a scientist belief is only given when evidence supports the claim. I did however have to take the initial risk but nothing new is every learned without that.

I shall likely make an update to this progress in two weeks.

The last three days are more detailed than the ones before so I will just start with that. When it is 170/180 that means about the first 3 mins was 170 and last was 180. If it does down, I probably couldn't take it. lol

Also I have been taking measurement of girth post-pump with the "cockring" on to see how much expansion there is. The numbers are the highest values I measured. I can't really measure the base with my fingers around it so I just measure mid and tip and assume the base stays the same (probably wrong but whatever).

First time I had ever had an fluid retention. It was huge and a little scary there for a minute, but I reminded myself to massage it down, and I did so with the anti-bruising gel. It did not go away completely before bed. Worked well.

More fluid retention in the AM. Taking preemptive measures and beginning to massage with the anti-bruising gel immediately after coming out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and into the "cockring". This will be part of my routine from now on I think. I have retained a bit of fluid all over and today's flaccid girth is much larger than normal, but it is evened out instead of being focused at the top of the shaft just below the glans. This area is one that I watch very carefully, I think it probably gives the best overall indication of whether you are over-training or not. Throughout the day I have gotten myself hard to see how the flaccid fluid retention is effect the EG. It has been consistent and even which is great. Also the top ligs today are tight as FUCK when hard. I already have a very high erection angle and can only push it down to level with the floor and no more at all. Today because of this tightness when hard I can not push it down past about 45 degrees without feeling the soreness.

I am really going hard for girth here. I want to make length gains but since I want to add more girth than length I am focusing heavily on girth (especially since it seems like girth gains are more difficult to achieve).

The final goal number for size is 7.5inch length and 6inch girth.

I don't think I will go any further than 6 since I very much enjoy having my dick sucked (no shit right? lol) and any larger would make that very difficult if not damn near impossible. Once I reach that size I may end up going a little further in length to about 8inches. I don't really want a monster. I just want a very clearly large dick. I don't want to be Vlad the Impaler over here (that would be a good screen-name for someone on here, lets see how long it takes). I like my women tighter, smaller framed, and lean so going any further than that I think is gonna be detrimental to my sex life. Good news today there is considerably less fluid retention even after being at 195mm for two "reps" straight.

The acordian dick issue is beginning to become a problem. A very very fine line of abrasion(slight wound) has shown up running about a 1/3 of the way across the top at the base. Have applied Hydrocortisone to effected area and all around to promote healing, and have been letting it air out as much as is possible. I likely will not be doing another session today so that I can give this a little time to heal.

I have no idea how to remedy this issue. I have tried the vaseline around the base but this has had no effect whatsoever. My girth pre-pump isn't enough to justify the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] yet. Hell I haven't had this one much longer than a month. I really don't want to have to go through a constant cycle of work then prolonged healing due to this issue. I feel like that would hurt my progress and slow it considerably without consistency. I have seen those universal sleeves and I am somewhat skeptical that it will help either since it is a soft flexible rubber and would also be bound to get caught in the "bellows" with the skin.

Maybe I am really applying too much pressure too early? And maybe they are supposed to be entirely compressed. I am applying as much pressure as I can to pump the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] up in the range of 190mm. I am really wanting to see myself break the 200mm and see the tip sticking out just past it, but maybe I need to ease up a little. Still without those higher pressures I don't feel as much tunica expansion (that deep ache). I have it so tight that I just stay stationary otherwise I will end up have ball pain.

What do you think? Ease it back a bit, say maintain it at a level of 190mm and no higher for now, until I can reach the higher #s with more ease?
 
Also random side notes:
I am having hair growth slowly creeping up one side of my circumcision scar, and oddly enough the hairs are blonde not dark like pubic hair. Very weird.

Ligs are all still very tight, almost sore when doing the stretches.

So I have not posted in a while for a few reasons.

I had a lapse in Penis Enlargement work over thanksgiving that reversed a large portion of my progress and created a deep dip on my graphs. However since then I have been at it regularly and consistently and have moved back up to the level of progress I was at just before thanksgiving. IT has been difficult and a little disheartening to lose those gains due to the fact that I did not have the time to consolidate those gains. A mistake I will not be making again.

Also I think I will be adjusting my measurement method as I do not think the early method was very accurate since I was basically just learning. I will probably post up some progress around new years hopefully i will have so great growth.

Until then, keeping up the work.
 
Good to hear from you. I think you will recover the missing gains very quickly. This is ussualy the case when someone has lost un-cemented gains.
 
You are quite right. It appears that the mid- girth gains are the hardest to win back. Since I am now officially three months in I figured I would post my progress even with the spiked drops.

As you can see from above my mid-girth is back where it was when I lost time. However Length gains rebounded almost immediately, along with base girth. Most current measure is at point #9 all else are projections that I alter based on changes.Above are my 3 month changes from beginning measurements when it is put that way it is very much satisfying. I have also broken my mid-term length goals but not yet my girth goals. I figured that this would be the case.

A few other things to note. After pumping I do not get the major fluid retention that I was getting early on, instead it is more like solid increase in size. Which is great for my progress but not as great from my ego, but they will come with patience. I have been just shy of 200 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. It appears to go in cycles for expansion and then repairs. I also changed my measurement cycle to two weeks instead of 1. It was only one at the beginning because I was hoping on newbie gains.

I think consistency truly is the key to all of this. I was using the Jim's Wrap, but had issues with circulation and dont have that much time in the day to be constantly adjusting. I had also been trying out hanging. I thought that it would be ideal to be able to hang at lighter weights continuously throughout the day to maintain/improve flaccid length, potentially see some light gains from it and for it to act as a stretching warm up (also I figured that since the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] theory says that it is best to stay in that state for the longest period to cement those gains in that position). Anyway, I tried to figure out what weight I could possibly use and how to "mount" it so that it wouldn't be obvious (still working on improving that). I didn't have the money to by lead weights or anything so I looked around and found my change jar. Quarters. It sounds stupid but I wrapped rows of quarters in rubber bands and linked them to each other so it would be flexible and bend instead of being like one long roll of quarters. The result was about 1lb 2oz worth of weight. I then took my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words], wrapped medium tight all the way around and then wrapped the quarter contraption under my dick so it wouldn't effect the outline of my junk.

It isn't heavy like something for hanging, but I have been wearing it all day. and last night I took a 1/4 of the weight and wrapped it very lightly around and used it while sleeping to maintain length. Anyway I haven't had any problems with blood circulation at all. I check all the time. I think this may actually be a great addition to my routine.

Also I noted that I had been using a website to judge the changes in size. attached is the comparison of length and mid-girth change over the past 3 months.

Major milestone today!

Hit 200 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]!!

I put the ring on and got it up to its highest post-pump size yet. 132mm tip 140 mid-girth with an overall estimate average girth of 147mm/5.78inch !! I assume that this number is actually higher because I can;t measure base girth with the ring on.

After some of the blood had drained away after taking the ring off I decided to do a test I had not ever done before. Taking one of the old condoms I used to use and putting it on. Now before Penis Enlargement I rolled the condom out all the way with about 3/4- 1 inch of distance from the base. This time put it on. Once I got about half an inch from the base of my head it started getting difficult. I had to fight it a bit to get it 1/4 of the way down. Then I fought super hard to try and get it to go down as far as possible and only got it down in the end to just before 3/4 of the way down with a hell of a lot of effort.

Fantastic feeling having to fight hard to get that condom down and any time you got it slightly further down and let go it would slide back up. Truthfully I was stunned. I thought it would just be difficult, not that I wouldn't be able to do it.

Talk about motivation to continue and true verification that you are not near average. I was above average length before but now it is the girth to match. 8x6 here I fucking come. There shall be ladies walking bow-legged for mile around! HAHAHA

Have slacked a little in my Penis Enlargement. I stopped using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for about a week and began hanging in that time.

Girth gains are so hard won that it is easy to get your confidence sapped. I decided to switch to a program focused on length primarily to try and reach my initial BPenis EnlargementL 8".

I decided that after a week of hanging I need more. I was up to effectively 3 lbs comfortably. However the logistics of just keeping that much weight on and doing anything else became difficult. Also I wasn't getting upward stretching and I was concerned about effects on my Erection angle if I continued without also training the tunica.

It was a BITCH trying to find a good wrapping technique that worked. None of the general best techniques worked, so of course I started experimenting and found one. In between [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] i make sure I get hard to ensure lots of fresh blood flow to the area to speed healing.

I also added in numerous supplements for muscle growth, primarily for working out, but it works well for both.

My [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routine used to be the 6x6 with 2 min rests pumping to the maximum comfortable level throughout by judging how it feels than any arbitrary number. I now will hit 200 in the 3rd set and my expansion has been much faster and I am unable to go beyond a 4-5th set without a lot of accordion dick pain. It appears I am getting much closer to needing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] if I don't already need it.

I will take as much girth as I can get for now. haha. With my max upper limit being 6" mid EG.

Great update and what a way to take control of your routine again. I understand how frustrating girth can be, for me in the beginning it would not budge. t was around that time that I started to really invent a lot of new length exercises, basically if I could not gain girth I was going to tyake advantage of the length I was so easily gaining. Eventually, what girth came down to was super-sets. I installed the super-set mindset around the time Phase 2 was created. I believed that girth needed to be attacked from multiple methods that complimented one another in the consistent expansion of girth. First it was exercise with exercise and when the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (and now the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]) was released it opened doors to new ways to gain girth using the same, basic super-set logic. The 5 on 5 routine is most notable today as seen in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] and the other [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routines. I think it will just be a matter of time with all the pushups( basically planks), deadlifts, weighted pull ups and me doing decline sit ups with 30lb held out above me. Then I'll have the full package lol.

I am 80% hard and physical. 10% stays in liquid paper but I hate even that much. 10% goes into protection. I collect mainly Gold and Silver Eagles but I also have a King's Random in Nickels! So the last post I made was at the last measure. I have really been avoiding measuring and only doing them once a month. I added in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] recently and I have dropped the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routines for the most part because I am barely able to get through half of the reps before I get that accordion dick pinching. Still dont have the cash for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] to use in the second half of my girth routines.

However I took a measure today. Which happens to be my 5th month in Penis Enlargement. I have changed the way I measure considerably since I first started. Much of this has to do with trying to judge the change in the curve in my dick.

Anyway, final measures as of today are:
BPenis EnlargementL (straight) is 198mm/ 7.8inches
;EG Mid: 127mm/ 5.0 Inches

I started as
BPenis EnlargementL (straight) 174mm/ 6.85Inches
;EG Mid 117mm/ 4.61inches

The change in 5 months has been:
BPenis EnlargementL (Straight)= 24mm/ 0.94 inches
; EG 10mm/.39 inches

I hope by month 6 I will have broken past a full extra inch and hopefully be just at or shy of half an inch of girth.

The ride has been fantastic, its been a lot of work, I let it slack a few times but so far quite noticeable results.

I have adjusted my goals to a minimum of:
7.5in NPenis EnlargementL with what I hope will be 8- 8.25inch BPenis EnlargementL (straight)
and hopefully a final girth of about 5.5 inch

So I still have quite a bit of work ahead but the big jumps in length have kept me motivated and are pushing me to keep moving forward on girth work when I can.

One note is that Turkey neck has started to become an issue. I had tight spermatic cords on my left testicle when I started and I am having to really focus heavily on getting them lower hanging before I can really make too much more progress. Both are riding high now and the left comes up above the shaft when the muscle flexes far more regularly. Gotta work on that...

Yes quite a bit. I have not been recording and charting that value in my spreadsheet. The first measure I took was 01/04/2013. That was 104 days/ 3.5 months after starting Penis Enlargement.

Truthfully the measure I had as BPenis EnlargementL was really BPSEL (Bone Pressed Straight Erect Length) ie. what it would be if I did not have my curve. I thought it was a better way to track gains. Since a change in BPenis EnlargementL might be a change in length and lessening of my curve. Which has lessened as well (not something I measure its a little too difficult).

Bone Press values from Beginning of Penis Enlargement (09/23/2012):
09/23/2012 BPSEL= 174mm/6.85in
09/23/2012 BPenis EnlargementL = unknown
02/22 BPSEL= 198mm/7.8in

It was 153 days/ 5 months from 09/23/2013 to 02/22/2013

This tells me a couple things. My curve has been reduced considerably, likely majority of which came from using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. It also tells me I dropped a good bit of fat pad. I was already skinny and didn't think I had much to lose. But apparently I did.

One thing I am concerned about however is the rate of growth for Girth versus Length. It is looking like it is 2 to 1. 1inch length/0.5in girth. It creates a problem because I do not want to go too long, but I want to boost up my girth. I may have to stop below my goal just to prevent myself from getting too long.

Yeah, that is the best gains you can make in my opinion, for me anyway. I mean, when I got in shape I gained an instant 2" plus I my body was leaner which made my picketer look even bigger!
