i see there's testosterone enhancers and estrogen suppressors in the
weight lifting side of supplementation. i'm not up to that level yet. i just take 4-5 protein shakes a day to keep the muscles from hurting and to alow the body to use that protein instead of stealing it from other areas of the body. i have noticed getting slightly more hair over all since
weight training and taking supplements, nothing shocking but there's some new patches in strange places appearing. i'm also 37 so i'm assuming thats part of the equation.
I'm not dieting yet to lose
weight as i'm working on getting up to a certain baseline at the gym first then burning fat from there. to avoid injury i hired a trainer too for 36 sessions and she's been great as she's very focussed on technique. luckily i'm over 6 feet tall so i can spread 30 pounds of extra fat around until i'm ready to drop it.

Bathmate[/words] being a wet device looks like it might be harder to conceal when not in use.
i'm also wondering if there is a mobile access to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] side of the site, it might be easier for me to follow with a shorter iphone version. i've tweaked my profile to strip inline images and signatures which helps alot for the tiny screen.
