Routine completed! Went back to 10 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] today and got a good workout. Looking forward to reaching Day 15 so I can start on sets of 15 minute clamping!

PC Routine also completed!

Tomorrow is my off day.

Thanks for the reply Hammer, I feel this is a good way to stay consistent with my routine. Even if I do my write ups a day later sometimes!

...kind half assed the PC routine, it was because I was tired from work and just needed some sleep. Will do more in today's routine.

Decided to have these as rest days in preparation for upping my routine today (which is day 15;week 2)
Still did my PC routine on these two days though. Will post my routine up and how it went later tonight for today (11/08/09)

Routine Completed!

Today I switched to 15 minutes of clamping per set. This increased the total clamping time of 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I also increased the intensity by pushing as hard as I could on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, squeezing as hard as I could on the Horse Squeezes.

I think I didn't get as good expansion as I could have gotten on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I think the reason for this is that I didn't get completely hard before clamping off and doing them. This never gave time for my penis to get completely hard and so there wasn't as much expansion. Still felt like a good workout though, not a completely wasted part of today's routine.

My hand ached a few times on the Horse Squeezes as I was squeezing with all my strength and it was tiring my hand haha.

Got two things worrying me slightly after the session. Please see the enclosed attachments and tell me what you think. I did a 10 minute warm down with a microwave heated rice sock after the routine so I'm hoping the heat will help them to disappear soon. Should I continue Penis Enlargement'ing with them?
The first picture one I think is an ingrown hair that got very red after the clamping session. The second picture ones could be the same, just not raised like the first one.

Those spots are normal. You can get them from pulled hairs or anything. You just got to hope you stop getting them. i get them every once in a while but they go away in a few days.
 
Ah fair enough then. The big one has gone down a lot today, you can only tell it is there by the raised bit of skin. I'm tempted to have tonight as a rest day though, I believe they will be completely gone by tomorrow nights session and I don't really want to aggravate them. I did that a few years ago and still have a small lighter coloured scar near the spot I have now.

Will do PC routine though.

Didn't get any more red spots this time, and it looks like the others are nearly gone. Routine felt good, nice expansion as always. Held off a little on the intensity this time, so as to not aggravate the spots.

As I write this I am warming down with a rice sock for 10 minutes.

I felt SERIOUS expansion today, I could literally FEEL the chambers growing, stretching, in size. If these temporary gains are anything to go by, I may already have permanent gains which I have yet to measure (will be strict on measuring after each month only)!
My erections are rock hard always now, even after only a few weeks of Penis Enlargement! I feel like my PC muscle is really getting developed, although I have yet to try any [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work physically (testing how long I can go before nutting).
Next session I plan on doing 7.5 minutes Clamped Jelqing and 7.5 minutes SSJ's again. Hate to feel like I'm missing out on not doing jelqs (aside from the "warm down jelqs" after a session.

I did primitively measure my girth clamped with a piece of paper and pen. I'm not looking at this as being too accurate, but it came to 5". Exactly what I want to see in permanent gain! Lets hope achieving that won't be too long a process (will start [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] work after I achieve 5" girth and have bought the necessary wrapping materials).

Today ordinarily would have been a rest day, however I decided to do my workout as I missed a couple days earlier in the week due to those spots.

Don't really want to say much about today's routine, I didn't go exactly to plan as I accidentally bust a nut in the edging part of the routine. The actual routine was alright though, still getting great engorgement etc.

Roll on Month 1!
 
Thanks red, I've kinda slacked on the progress thread the last week. This is due in part to registering at the gym and so I was doing lots and lots of research and planning for that.

Totally Body Transformation time =]

(I won't be logging my gym stuff, I do enough of that on paper!)

I still haven't had any time to update the thread over the last few weeks as I've been working on nights. When I get home I do my routine and by the time i've finished it i'm too tired to update the progress thread. My day off today though, so I will update where i'm at as it is now the 1 month mark.

Tuesday 25th August - Month 1 Mark

Measurements taken:-
Erect Girth - 4.625"
Bone Press Erect Length - 6.8"


So that's a gain of [+0.125"]of Erect Girth and [+0.3"] of BPenis EnlargementL! Pretty damn good especially as I've never gained in girth before, and this is only after one month of exercises. Also the length gain is very nice, I'm so close to 7 inches from doing girth exercises. Nearly half an inch gain, that can't be bad!

Thank you red for supplying me with this routine, it is so far working, and the proof is in the measurements. Now that I'm at the one month mark (day 29 tonight) should I continue with the same routine (3 x 15 min sets [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], Horse, Edge) or should I make any changes? My work schedule is a bit lighter over the next few weeks so I should be able to update the thread more often!

Here's to another month of Penis Enlargement and gains!

FANTASTIC stuff and makes me more happy knowing its a routine I made. I would go for longer in the clamp towards 20 minutes now for the next 2 weeks and than 25 minutes. Use more intensity on the horse squeezes & SSJs.
