Forgot to detail the new exercise, It may have already been invented but all I do is clamp and then once it goes limp I squeeze my dick flat trying to put a lot of pressure on the sides. Definately some temporary width doing these, this exercise seems very promising you could even do it with just your hands one hand to clamp the base the other to sqeeze. It is extremly intense though so only for those with steel dicks.

Restarted again doing just about everything I can to gain, supplements, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]male extra[/words] pills even holding off on pisses a bit to keep a bigger flaccid. Started about 3 to 4 months ago going for girth mainly, I am trying not to measure too much this time around as it can be quite discouraging. Did measure my base girth the other day though I was 5 1/8 now 5 3/8 prob closer to 5 1/2 think I may have gained a little length as well because of the head size increase.
My routine is no days off,

day 1: Stretching, mainly semi erect stretching bending it around my hand to stretch side chambers and straight out. Sometimes very light hand clamp for small amounts of time if it doesn't feel too fatigued.

day 2: Stretch same as above before [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session, then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 10 to 15 mins. Straight after so tissues still warm I hand clamp let penis relax then compress it between bench and my hand. Engorging the sides mostly, I am shooting for width mainly atm just think it makes it look bigger than it is. After that stretches throughout the day and some hand clamping nothing too serious just to keep it engorged.

With both days I make sure I stretch or stretch and hand clamp just before I go to bed, I have started waking up and seems like my penis is holding some of the stretch via the night time erections.
 
Measured Yesterday officially and was quite pleased new measurements are

length bpel: 7 1/8 inches
girth mseg: 4 7/8 inches
base girth: 5 3/8 inches

So a gain of 1/8 of an inch in both length and girth, really close to my first goal gonna hit it a bit wiser this month try and get in a couple of hanging sets as well when I can. My first goal was 7 inches nbpel and 5 inches mseg I think I could get there within 3 months. I will measure again next month not really changing my routine.

Hey guys haven't updated in a while but I have kept on exercising doing hand clamped stuff with extremely minimal stretching, have gained almost another 1/8 of an inch and plus starting to get a more baseball bat shape now base has stayed the same. Happy because I have finally reached my goal of what I set out for in the first place 5 inches. Going to keep goin though to maintain and hopefully even more.
