Ok Just started using my stretcher this weekend, really do feel a good pull after a while. Will be mainly using the device for stretching from now on also am keeping my routine pretty much the same but throwing in a few ulis, everything is going good.
 
Just thought I'd post a quick update that is sort of pe related, I had a really tight foreskin and thought I had a short frenulum. Well turns out I have been able to stretch it or mabey just some tough skin. Can pull my foreskin all the way back now, has taken a while but was well worth the effort. Still not loose to pull all the way back but gettin there.
 
Ok update from 19/4/09

No gains to report really, base has gone up an eighth inch, stats are:

BPenis EnlargementL 7 inches
MSEG 4 5/8 inches
Base EG 5 1/8 inches

Not too worried about the lack of gains, just sort of figured out how to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] properly. Before I was stretching straight down which was ok but noticed not very much was happening, think my ligs are pretty stretched already. So now I wear it straight up, get a longer stretched length this way and my flaccid is longer and thicker when I take it out of the device.

Going to start a different routine which will look something like this

Kegels 2 on 1 off

50 jelqs
50 Ulis
some intense flaccid bends
2 times a day, 5 on 2 off, will try and do one session right before bed.

Stretching throughout the day everyday the total probably 5 minutes
Stretch before putting on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and wear it for 3-4 hours a day bit more on weekends depending on what I do.
 
Changed my routine for the past week, have noticed that my pi's were really weak with the routine posted previous. Have changed to hand clamping with bends in specific areas, also added horse 440's. So basically I jelq and in between throw in some hand clamping with very light bends and horses.

The time spent is 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins at night, I have cut out kegeling as I kegel a fair bit when doing my routine. The pi's from this have been crazy, my post workout girth is going up and also the expansion is good near the end of the session. Recently have added 2 new things to my routine, the first is the ring of power, this really does help my healing has gone up a fair bit from using this and you can actually feel the electrical charge. The other is cosagrande cream and oil, this stuff is awesome also increases healing and helps with post workout girth, has a ton of good shit in it highly recommended. With these 2 things I am able to do my girth sessions everyday and still have crazy eq will update soon hopefully some results!
 
Hi Jiminy,

If you don't do the stretcher, you might add the downward stretches to your jelqing routine. This will keep each jelq stroke more extended, which you mentioned above. When you finish the jelq stroke, grab your cock head and stretch straight out and then down for another two or three seconds, for a total of at least five seconds. I love this combo.
 
Yeh sounds good goinfor tried these before after reading one of your posts, these will definitely be replacing my regular jelq strokes.

My routine has pretty much stayed the same as what was posted above, I try to mix it up as much as possible now after trial and error. Such as different days off throwing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on after a session randomly and things like that. PI's have been ok not always positive but I usually just go off of the instant flaccid hang you get after a session to judge whether it was good or not.

Still 7 inches BPenis EnlargementL maybe a touch over but not worth noting.

And a hair under 5 1/4 base girth



Did notice a change in appearance this month but I didn't think it was going to be measurable, starting to look like my dick is on steroids. Waited a little longer to measure this month because I have been pretty sick atm (Low EQ with it), not the swine flu or anything but still a piss off.

Will be adding this into the routine, probably using it in the afternoon or anytime I can fit it in really.
 
I'm gonna start up again as far as I know I haven't lost any gains, will be using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and a very light clamping and stretching routine. Hopefully some gains will update next month.
 
Been pumping and jelqing all this week having rest days when I feel they are needed which seems to equate out to 4 on 1 off. Getting some positive signs seems to all be going good, next month will bring in some light clamping with more rest days no doubt.
 
It has been a long time, i checked my size about a month ago and realized i had lost a 1/4 inch mid girth and probably even more base girth.

Have been getting back into it for this past month and am almost back where I was 4 11/16 mid girth and 5 1/8 base girth.

My routine has had a lot more breaks this time because of intensity. My routine is basically clamping with a rubber band like thing and bends, this in combination with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. The bends are quite intense but I am thinking of changing it up a bit.

Going to start doing bends like this because I get crazy expansion for me anyway, clamp a set normal 10 mins. Then on the second set near the end let the erection die down a bit then do bends I get expansion measuring 5 1/4 inches mid shaft. It is extremely intense though so usually max 2 days on 1 off.

Also I think my length may have gone up not going to measure though till the end of the month. The reason I say this is because in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I started at just over 17 and now it is getting close to 19.

Give yourself about a month of maintenance to cement past gains. So once you reach your goal size go another 4 weeks to make sure it is permanent.

Stopping too quickly, as you discovered, may result in a loss of gains. I have always kept a maintenance routine, even when I am not actively looking for gains...it is smart just for the fact it keeps the penis healthy.

Did 3 ten minute sessions of clamping yesterday with bends at the end was a good session really good expansion for the bends and temporary girth went up by 1/16 of an inch.

Have had a great flacid these past few days signs are looking good, temporary gains are lastin a bit longer these days.
 
Good sessions the past couple of days, same sort of routine 3X10min clamp sessions and on the 2nd and last set do bends. Specifically for the last set I wait until it goes flacid in the clamped state then do bends, some great expansion from this. Will probably be having two rest days think I need it at the moment 1 day just doesn't seem enough.
 
Routine is going well much the same, have added a new exercise to my routine which feels very beneficial for width. Also added something else to my routine which may prove fruitful although it is too early to tell. I started using copper peptides on my shaft seems to loosen everything up nicely and speed healing greatly.

At this rate I'm pretty sure I'll be back where I was at the end of this month hopefully.
