Changed my routine for the past week, have noticed that my pi's were really weak with the routine posted previous. Have changed to hand clamping with bends in specific areas, also added horse 440's. So basically I jelq and in between throw in some hand clamping with very light bends and horses.
The time spent is 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins at night, I have cut out kegeling as I kegel a fair bit when doing my routine. The pi's from this have been crazy, my post workout girth is going up and also the expansion is good near the end of the session. Recently have added 2 new things to my routine, the first is the ring of power, this really does help my healing has gone up a fair bit from using this and you can actually feel the electrical charge. The other is cosagrande cream and oil, this stuff is awesome also increases healing and helps with post workout girth, has a ton of good shit in it highly recommended. With these 2 things I am able to do my girth sessions everyday and still have crazy eq will update soon hopefully some results!
