Are bloodspots bad?
I only get bloodspots if I do stretching, never on the days when I only do jelqing. Is this good or bad? Thx.
 
I get them atimes. They come and go. Indicates putting a little too much forced bloodpressure into the glans. So add a bit more massage and blood-pumping in between individual moves. Imagine forcing a bit of bloodflow through the glans.

I squeeze the glans tight getting all the blood out. It turns ghastly white. Then kegel and jelq a bit of blood into it it colors right up. Little massage rub, back to stretch grip. 5 seconds total elapsed. NP.

With the stretching am I aloud to do it in a different order. For example could I do all 3 sets of BTC stretches before moving onto the first set of stretching downwards? Thx

Just realized, also make sure for stretches your not just doing a tighter version of okay grip. Okay is for jelqs. Curl your fingers into the tunica inside structures... should be getting some bloodflow during stretches.
 
Once a grip is created that works for you, stretching will never become an issue again. There are different ways to increase grip other than gripping tighter. Some men find using a wrap around the area they will be gripping to be more comfortable. Other men will use gloves of some sort, leather, rubber, latex, etc. these all help with comfort of grip and better intensity because of it. A cushioned wrap can be created too by wrapping with some soft cotton below the wrap (ACE Bandage). Good old fashion baby powder has always been my favorite way to grip.
 
Day 19 - stretching for 8-10mins,
then 800 jelqs over 25mins. I would kegel during a jelq did a couple hundred of them it was awesome. Had a bigger expansion from it. Is there any danger doing kegels while your actual in a middle of a jelq?
 
Nah no danger. Just take care to not force too much blood pressure up into glans. Can cause bloodspots as we've discussed previously here.

If you're jelqing at 100% then you kegel maybe 110% you are now ballooning, especially if you use a cockring or clamp to hold blood in the penis. Going from ballooning close to orgasm but not past the PONR is called edging. Great expansion, but you've kinda left off just jelqing and added in more pleasurable touch...

PS; I know the official terms equate ballooning synonomous with edging, because some stimulation is needed to maintain the erection. I distinguish them due to the cockring or clamp allows for a more mechanically maintained erection, with some stimulation but more based on clamp and kegelling. True edging is much more pleasure stimulation based to stay near orgasm, than merely erect.

Edging is the art of staying near Orgasm without release. Ballooning is more about just staying overinflated with blood. I guesstimate edging to be 80% ballooning, Plus the art of pleasure dancing just short of the PONR. That is a key difference.
That's just IMHO and experience.

Day 20 - day off, I have quite a few bloodspots aswell, so I'm just gonna let them heal. Might do some edging soon. Peace out

Heat and massage will be smart to invest at least 5 minutes a day to eliminate much of the blood spots. Also, less experienced Brothers, keep in mind that blood spoting does reduce in frequency as the penis becomes more resiliant and heals with greater quickness. Warm ups and warm down and massage & Heat are all very important in good skin and tissue health.

To be honest, I forgot they even existed! I remember getting them back in 2007 and even in 2009, but I haven't seen any in 4 years. Heat + a bit of time off (possibly a day or two?) definitely heals them fast. ...Those were some fun days, not knowing what was going on down there!
 
Shame OP never stuck around, i also keep my routines entirely manual.

OP, should you come back my advise is that you should do less jelqs but at higher erection levels (i.e. more intense), the fact you are getting through 1000 in 30 minutes probably indicates your not getting the maximum out of them.

This has been an excellent thread. I'd be interested to hear (read) how EQ has been and any girth gains. Thawgad's dedication is incredible. I like the journaling too!
