my leg was hurting to much to continue after this, so I just ended with 50 kegels, I'm getting my knee checked out in the morning but its very swollen. Hopefully I didn't tear my ACL or anything.. Hoping for the best, please pray for me brothers!

Yeah, kegels are easy too, but after a while they start to get hard and tire you down. I just take some breaks in between when I'm randomly kegeling.
