^^That is correct. But it's a lot better than the liposuction option, or I should say it provides better results. I've got a nice muscular ass. I wouldn't want a strip taken out of it. But it's better than having a hard-on that feels like a cylindrical tit.
Ok Sparky 1, on a scale of 1 to 10 what is the level of pain that you experience when you get an erection with 1 being "meh, i can take it" and 10 being a car door pushing closed on your throbbing penis. I realize pain tolerance is a different for everyone, but still I am curious.

As far as your graft...is that more desirable than the Alloderm? I'm thinking of the Alloderm because it would seem like a skin graft could be lumpy whereas the Alloderm is smooth and every piece is identical in size & thickness.

I believe that your own skin is much better, and as far as the lumpiness, there is none, it is very smooth as the Dr. shaves it slightly to make it completely flat. Alloderm is more able to get infected, and costs much more. To me, I like the idea of my own tissue, but some prefer alloderm because there is no scar of the back or buttocks.
